The breadcrumb goes to Nihonbashi. The delivery van goes to Kanda.
Cityheaven files 東京Redline (Tokyo Redline) like this:
ヘブンネット › 東京都 › 東京都デリヘル › 東京・日本橋デリヘル › 日本橋・京橋デリヘル › 東京Redline
Five levels of navigation, all of them saying Nihonbashi. That is the shelf this shop sits on, that is the page you browse to find it, and 日本橋・京橋 is in Chuo ward.
Now the shop's own 派遣エリア field — the delivery area, the list of places a woman will actually be dispatched to:
東京都神田(千代田区)
One entry. Kanda. Chiyoda ward.
Those are different wards, about a kilometre and change apart, call it fifteen minutes on foot up from the Nihonbashi river to the Kanda side. Not far. But if you are standing in a hotel in Kyobashi, having found this shop on the Kyobashi shelf, the shop's own published dispatch list does not contain you.
I want to be careful here, because this is the kind of thing that has a boring explanation. Reception is probably registered on the Kanda side; Cityheaven's area taxonomy is coarse and shops get slotted by address, by history, by whatever a rep typed in 2019. Plenty of delivery shops serve wider than their listed area and simply never update the field. You should assume Redline can probably go further than Kanda and should absolutely ask. But the field says what it says, and it says one word, and the shelf it's sitting on says a different one. That's ten seconds of confusion at the exact moment you're deciding whether to call — and it's the mildest of the contradictions on this listing.
Here's the rest.
The price list, and a gradient that runs backwards
Registration is free. 指名料 ¥2,000 (designation), 本指名料 ¥3,000 (nominating someone you've had before). The courses:
| Course | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 45分 | ¥12,000 | ¥266.67 |
| 60分 | ¥15,000 | ¥250.00 |
| 80分 | ¥20,000 | ¥250.00 |
| 100分 | ¥26,000 | ¥260.00 |
| 120分 | ¥32,000 | ¥266.67 |
| 180分 | ¥50,000 | ¥277.78 |
延長30分 ¥10,000 — ¥333.33 per minute, the most expensive minute this shop publishes anywhere.
Read that per-minute column again, because it does something almost no price list does. It goes down, flat, then up. The cheapest minutes are the 60 and the 80, both at ¥250. Everything longer costs more per minute, and the flagship three-hour course is the single worst-value cell on the board.
The marginal rates make it plain:
- 45 → 60 (+15 min): ¥200/min
- 60 → 80 (+20 min): ¥250/min
- 80 → 100 (+20 min): ¥300/min
- 100 → 120 (+20 min): ¥300/min
- 120 → 180 (+60 min): ¥300/min
Past eighty minutes, every additional minute costs a flat ¥300, which is 20% above the shop's own base rate. There is no volume discount here. There is a volume surcharge, applied smoothly and without comment, and it means the ¥50,000 course is ¥50,000 because it is long, not because it is a package.
Then the extension, at ¥333.33/min, sits above even that. Which produces the first piece of practical advice: if you think you might want ninety minutes, buy the 100. ¥26,000 for 100 minutes beats ¥15,000 + ¥10,000 = ¥25,000 for 90 by ten minutes for a thousand yen. And if you think you might want two hours, buy the 120 outright — 80 plus an extension is ¥30,000 for 110 minutes against ¥32,000 for 120. Two thousand yen for ten minutes, which is the only place on this list where paying more is roughly fair.
Also note what Cityheaven prints on the area shelf next to this shop's name: ¥12,000~. True. That's the 45-minute course. It is also, at ¥266.67/min, the second-worst cell on the price list, and — hold that thought — the exact same ¥12,000 buys sixty minutes one tab to the right.
Three coupons, and none of them agree with the price list
The shop runs three coupons concurrently, all dated 2026/08/28 (金)~ with no stated end.
Coupon 1 — 「💓💓💓お値段以上💓3,000円OFF!💓」
The one on the front page, badged 20%OFF, showing 60分15000円 struck through and 60分12000円 beside it. The copy: 全てのプレイコース【3,000円OFF!!】 — three thousand yen off all play courses. Conditions: 指名料・交通費は別途 (designation and transport extra).
| Course | Coupon | List | Off |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60分 | ¥12,000 | ¥15,000 | 20.0% |
| 80分 | ¥17,000 | ¥20,000 | 15.0% |
| 100分 | ¥23,000 | ¥26,000 | 11.5% |
| 120分 | ¥29,000 | ¥32,000 | 9.4% |
Two observations. First, "all play courses" covers four of six. The 45分 and the 180分 are not on it. The shop's cheapest ticket and its most expensive ticket both get nothing, and the ¥50,000 course — the one where a ¥3,000 discount would represent actual money changing hands — is the one the coupon skips.
Second, the discount is a flat yen figure, so as a percentage it decays the more you spend: 20% on the 60, 9.4% on the 120. The 20%OFF badge on the front page is true of exactly one cell, and it's the smallest one.
What the coupon does do, quietly, is kill the 45-minute course stone dead. List 45 = ¥12,000. Couponed 60 = ¥12,000. Same money, fifteen more minutes, ¥266.67/min against ¥200/min. There is no customer for whom the 45 is correct. It exists on the price list purely to be the number Cityheaven prints on the shelf.
Coupon 2 — 「💚💚ご新規様限定!【指名料・交通費込!】💚💚」
New customers, badged 19% OFF, and the headline benefit is real and unusual: designation fee and transport included.
| Course | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 55分 | ¥13,000 | ¥236.36 |
| 75分 | ¥19,000 | ¥253.33 |
| 100分 | ¥24,000 | ¥240.00 |
| 125分 | ¥30,000 | ¥240.00 |
None of these durations exist on the price list. The system page sells 45, 60, 80, 100, 120 and 180. This coupon sells 55, 75, 100 and 125. Only one of the four lines up with anything.
Which matters because of how the 19% is calculated. The coupon prices the 55 against a normal price of ¥16,000. There is no ¥16,000 on the system page. What there is, is 60分 ¥15,000 — a thousand yen cheaper for five minutes more. So the "normal price" this coupon discounts from is worse than the shop's actual published normal price. Measured against ¥16,000 it's 18.75% off. Measured against the 60分 the shop genuinely sells, ¥13,000 is 13.3% off, for five fewer minutes.
And the internal shape is odd too. The 75 at ¥253.33/min is the worst cell in its own coupon — worse than the 55 below it and the 100 above it. Buying 25 more minutes on top of the 75 costs ¥200/min, cheaper than the 75's own average rate. If you're on this coupon, the 75 is the one cell to skip.
Coupon 3 — 「🐶【5時から15時限定】朝夕割♡🐶」
And here is the best price in the building, sitting inside the most confused document on the listing.
| Course | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 60分 | ¥11,000 | ¥183.33 |
| 90分 | ¥22,000 | ¥244.44 |
| 120分 | ¥28,000 | ¥233.33 |
¥183.33 a minute. Nothing else on this listing comes close — it is 27% under the list rate and 8% under the best cell of coupon 1.
Now the problems, in order of how much they'll cost you.
The title and the conditions state different hours. The title says 5時から15時限定 — five in the morning to three in the afternoon. The conditions block says 【AM6:00~PM18:00】 — six to six. Those are not the same window. They don't start at the same hour and they don't end within three hours of each other. One of them is wrong and the page does not tell you which.
It's called 朝夕割 — the morning-and-evening discount — and neither version of the window contains an evening. Whichever you believe, this coupon is dead by six o'clock at the latest.
本指名 is excluded. 「本指名の女の子にはご利用不可」 — you cannot use it on a woman you've seen before. So the cheapest price at this shop is structurally available only to people who don't yet have a favourite, which is a strange way to treat the customers who come back.
And the 90 is a trap. Going from the coupon's 60 to its 90 costs ¥11,000 for thirty minutes — ¥366.67 a minute. That is more than the shop's own standard extension rate of ¥333.33. As published, ¥11,000 for the 60 plus a ¥10,000 extension is ¥21,000 for ninety minutes, against ¥22,000 for the coupon's ninety. A thousand yen cheaper, for the identical clock. Whether extensions are actually permitted on a couponed course isn't stated anywhere, so ask — but if they are, the coupon's middle cell is the worst buy on it.
The number that would settle it, and where it isn't
So: which coupon is cheapest?
Coupons 1 and 3 are 指名料・交通費別途. Coupon 2 is 指名料・交通費込. To compare them you need to know what 交通費 costs.
It is not published. Not on the system page, which lists courses, extensions and both designation fees and then stops. Not on the shop information block. Not in coupon 1 or coupon 3, both of which mention it only to say it's extra. The only place transport appears with any value attached is coupon 2, where the value is "included."
Here is what that does to a real decision. New customer, sixty minutes, daytime, one designation, and let X be the unpublished transport fee:
| Route | Cost | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Coupon 3 (朝夕割) | ¥11,000 + ¥2,000 + X = ¥13,000 + X | 60 min |
| Coupon 1 (3,000円OFF) | ¥12,000 + ¥2,000 + X = ¥14,000 + X | 60 min |
| Coupon 2 (新規・込) | ¥13,000 flat | 55 min |
Coupon 1 is dominated — coupon 3 is a thousand yen cheaper on identical terms, in the daytime. Fine. But coupon 3 against coupon 2 comes down entirely to X. Coupon 3 buys five more minutes and costs X more. At coupon 2's own rate of ¥236.36/min, five minutes is worth ¥1,182. So:
- If transport is under ~¥1,180, coupon 3 wins.
- If it's over, coupon 2 wins.
- The shop does not tell you which.
That's the whole listing in one line. Three coupons, a genuine ~¥1,000 spread between them, and the variable that decides it appears nowhere on the page. You cannot do this arithmetic at home. You can only do it on the phone, at 03-6802-4623, which — to be fair — is answered around the clock.
The full ladder, every published price-per-minute, cheapest first:
| ¥/min | Cell | Catch |
|---|---|---|
| ¥183.33 | Coupon 3, 60分 ¥11,000 | Daytime only, no 本指名, +指名料 +交通費 |
| ¥233.33 | Coupon 3, 120分 ¥28,000 | Daytime only |
| ¥236.36 | Coupon 2, 55分 ¥13,000 | All-in. New customers only |
| ¥240.00 | Coupon 2, 100分 / 125分 | All-in. New customers only |
| ¥241.67 | Coupon 1, 120分 ¥29,000 | +指名料 +交通費 |
| ¥244.44 | Coupon 3, 90分 ¥22,000 | Beaten by its own 60 + extension |
| ¥250.00 | List, 60分 / 80分 | — |
| ¥253.33 | Coupon 2, 75分 ¥19,000 | Worst cell in its own coupon |
| ¥260.00 | List, 100分 ¥26,000 | — |
| ¥266.67 | List, 45分 / 120分 | The 45 is the shelf price |
| ¥277.78 | List, 180分 ¥50,000 | No coupon covers it |
| ¥333.33 | 延長30分 ¥10,000 | — |
¥183 to ¥333 — a factor of 1.8 — for the same women, decided by which tab you opened and what time you called.
The cheapest hour is the hour nobody works
And then the schedule, which is where coupon 3 falls over properly.
Redline publishes seven days, 8/28(金) through 9/3(木), and — credit where it's owed — publishes them full:
| Date | Women on board |
|---|---|
| 8/28 (Fri) | 34 |
| 8/29 (Sat) | 34 |
| 8/30 (Sun) | 34 |
| 8/31 (Mon) | 32 |
| 9/1 (Tue) | 32 |
| 9/2 (Wed) | 31 |
| 9/3 (Thu) | 28 |
Thirty-four of a thirty-eight-woman roster on the board today — 89.5% utilisation — and never dropping below 28 across a full week. I read a lot of these boards. Most shops fill three days ahead and let the platform print the rest as blanks. This one is staffed to the horizon and tapers gently and plausibly toward the far end, exactly the way a real schedule does. This is the most honest thing on the listing and it deserves saying plainly.
Now look at when those 34 are working:
| Shift | Women |
|---|---|
| 18:00–6:00 | 10 |
| 20:00–6:00 | 11 |
| 20:30–5:30 | 1 |
| 21:00–6:00 | 5 |
| 6:00–12:00 | 2 |
| 6:00–13:00 | 5 |
Twenty-seven of thirty-four work nights. Seven work mornings, all of them finishing by one o'clock. And between 13:00 and 18:00 there is not a single shift on the board — nobody starts, nobody is still running, the floor is empty for five hours in a shop advertised as 24時間営業・定休日なし.
Which lands directly on coupon 3. Its conditions run 6:00–18:00. Its staffed portion runs 6:00–13:00. Five of its twelve hours have nobody to sell you. Take the title's window instead, 5:00–15:00, and it opens an hour before the earliest shift starts and closes two hours after the last one ends. Either way, the shop's best price is advertised across a window it cannot service, and the seven women who can service it are 20% of the roster.
Meanwhile the 27 women working nights are reachable only under coupon 1, at ¥200/min instead of ¥183. That gap — ¥1,000 on a sixty-minute course — is the price of the shop's own staffing pattern, and it is charged to you.
The 24-hour claim, then, is true of the phone and not of the roster. Call at three in the afternoon and someone will answer. What they'll have to offer you is a different question.
Thirty-eight women, one review, and a waist that only comes in two sizes
The roster page returns 38人. The shop card above it says 412人 and 10店舗, without a label clarifying whether those are this shop's or the ten-shop group's. The obvious reading is group-wide; I'd read it that way too. But it sits on the shop's own card, forty pixels above a link to a list of thirty-eight people, and it is the biggest number on the page.
The site's filter counters:
| Filter | Count | of 38 |
|---|---|---|
| 現在待機中or本日出勤 | 16 | 42.1% |
| 新人 | 0 | 0% |
| 写メ日記アリ | 36 | 94.7% |
| 動画アリ | 0 | 0% |
| 口コミアリ | 1 | 2.6% |
Zero new faces, at a shop whose own description reads 「完全未経験素人娘・初々しい美少女」 — completely inexperienced amateur girls, fresh-faced beauties — and whose catchphrase leads with 厳選素人専門, carefully selected amateur specialists. Not one 新人 tag on the board. The concept is novelty; the tagging says nobody here is new.
Zero videos, and there is a 動画 tab sitting in the shop's navigation bar between 女の子 and システム. It is a button that leads to nothing.
One review. One. Dated 1 December 2024, posted the 3rd, for a woman named ソラ who is still on the roster — she's listed first. That review is 633 days old. In the meantime the same shop's photo diaries are alive: 36 of 38 women post, and overnight into today there were entries at 00:19, 01:00, 01:41, 02:15, 04:06 and 06:00. The women are working and writing constantly. Nobody is writing about them.
For scale, this shop's ten-shop area shelf holds 130 reviews between its ten listings. Redline holds one of them — 0.8% — with the third-largest roster on the shelf. もみもみワンダーランド, up the road at ¥16,500, has 89.
The measurements are where it gets genuinely strange. All 38 women publish a full profile — age, height, three sizes, cup — with no blanks and no 〔?歳〕, which is more disclosure than most listings offer. Here is what that disclosure contains:
| Measure | Range | Mean | Median | Distribution |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Age | 20–26 | 22.97 | 23 | 23 appears 14 times |
| Height | 155–164 | 157.8 | 158 | 158 ×12, 157 ×8, 156 ×6 |
| Bust | 84–94 | 86.6 | 86 | 86 ×12, 88 ×8, 85 ×7 |
| Waist | 57–62 | 57.6 | 57 | 57 ×21, 58 ×14 |
| Hip | 84–89 | 86.0 | 86 | 86 ×13, 85 ×9, 87 ×7 |
Thirty-five of thirty-eight women have a waist of either 57 or 58. That's 92.1%, using four integers total across the whole roster — and one of those four is a single outlier at 62. Strip her out and the remaining 37 women span exactly three centimetres, 57 to 59, with 94.6% on two of them.
Hips span six centimetres. Ages stop dead at 26 — nobody is 27, nobody is 19 — and 23 alone accounts for more than a third of the roster. Cups run C to G with D the plurality at 17 and E at 10; no A, no B, no H. Height is the only field with anything resembling natural spread, and even that is nine centimetres with half the roster inside a three-centimetre band.
I'm not going to tell you nobody at this shop has a 57-centimetre waist. I'm telling you that whatever produces these five columns is clearly not five independent measurements, and that a roster which volunteers everyone's age to the year while compressing everyone's waist into two numbers is being precise about the cheap field and approximate about the expensive one. Treat the age as data. Treat the waist as a house style.
Where it sits on the shelf
Ten delivery shops in 日本橋・京橋, by displayed entry price:
| Shop | From | Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| SARA(サラ)日本橋 | ¥8,000 | 4 |
| Honey Moon
Median entry price ¥11,500, mean ¥11,750. Redline's ¥12,000 is 4.3% above the median — squarely, unremarkably mid-shelf, sixth of ten. It is not expensive and it does not claim to be. The two shops charging a third more than it hold 91% of the neighbourhood's review volume between them, which tells you what the ¥16,000 is buying: not minutes, reputation.
And Redline's real price isn't ¥12,000 anyway. It's ¥11,000 before one in the afternoon, or ¥12,000 for sixty minutes any time via the front-page coupon, plus a designation fee and a transport charge nobody will print. Its per-minute rate is competitive. Its per-minute rate is also unknowable to within about a thousand yen until somebody picks up the phone.
What I'd actually do
Ask what 交通費 costs before anything else. It is the only number that decides which of three coupons is cheapest, and it is the only number this listing refuses to publish. 交通費はいくらですか。Everything below assumes you've asked.
If it's over about ¥1,200, take coupon 2 — the new-customer 55分 at ¥13,000, designation and transport included. All-in, no arithmetic, no surprises at the door. It's a worse per-minute rate than coupon 3 on paper and a better one in practice the moment transport gets expensive.
If it's cheap, go before one in the afternoon and take coupon 3. ¥11,000 for sixty minutes is ¥183 a minute and nothing else here is within 8% of it. Before 13:00, not before 15:00 and not before 18:00 — whatever the coupon says, the board empties at one and there are only seven women on it to begin with.
Never buy the 45. ¥12,000 for 45 minutes when the front-page coupon sells 60 for the same ¥12,000. It's the shelf price and it's a 33% penalty for not clicking through.
Never buy the 180. ¥50,000, ¥277.78 a minute, the worst cell on the list, and the only major course no coupon touches. If you want three hours, buy the couponed 120 at ¥29,000 and extend — ¥49,000 for the same clock, and you keep the option to stop.
Buy the time up front, not the extension. ¥333/min is the most expensive minute in the shop. Want 90? Buy the 100. Want 110? Buy the 120.
Skip coupon 3's 90 and coupon 2's 75. Both are the sagging middle cell of their own coupon, both beaten by the cell directly above them, and the 90 is beaten by its own 60 plus a standard extension.
Confirm they'll come to you. The delivery-area field says Kanda, in Chiyoda. The shelf you found them on says Nihonbashi, in Chuo. Almost certainly fine; thirty seconds to check; genuinely annoying if it isn't.
And go tonight rather than Thursday. Thirty-four on the board Friday through Sunday, twenty-eight by 9/3. This shop's schedule is honest enough that the taper is worth reading literally.
Thirty-eight women, one review from 2024, three coupons that disagree with the price list and with each other, and a shift board so straight it embarrasses the rest of the page. Redline isn't hiding anything. It just never sat down and read its own listing end to end.
