Field Diary Tachikawa Delivery Health Julian Santama

Julian Santama, Tachikawa: The Fuchu Shop Moved Its Own Address, and Now There Are Four Prices for the Same 90 Minutes

Third time writing about Julian, first time under its new name: the old Julian Fuchu is now Julian Santama, filed under Tachikawa with a Tachikawa address and 10:00 to 5:00 hours. On the day three new deals went live, I priced the same 90 minutes four ways, from ¥26,000 rack to ¥21,000 with a review code, and worked out which one you should actually say on the phone.

Julian Santama, Tachikawa: The Fuchu Shop Moved Its Own Address, and Now There Are Four Prices for the Same 90 Minutes
Elon
ElonBack in September I made fun of this place for being named after Fuchu while anchoring every price on Tachikawa Station. Somebody fixed it, though not the way I expected. They didn't change the prices. They changed the name. The listing now reads ジュリアン三多摩, Julian Santama, the breadcrumb says 立川デリヘル, and the address field says 東京都立川市. On the same morning, November 4, they launched three new deals and started taking cards. So this isn't a review of the shop. I've done that twice. This is a price sheet for a regular, and the point is simple: there are now four different prices for 90 minutes, and the one you get depends on the sentence you say on the phone.

Wednesday, a little after noon, and I'm standing outside the north exit of Tachikawa Station with my phone open to a listing I thought I already knew. The phone number is the same: 042-540-1559. The pitch is the same: 清楚 first, エッチが好き second, "a delivery health shop from Tachikawa built on those two ideas." Everything else has moved.

What changed since I last checked

Here's the before and after, all from the shop's own Cityheaven pages:

September (as Julian Fuchu) Today (as Julian Santama)
Name on the listing ジュリアン府中 ジュリアン三多摩
Category 府中デリヘル 立川デリヘル
Address field 東京都府中(府中市) 東京都立川市
Hours 8:00〜翌5:00 10:00〜翌5:00, open every day
Dispatch West Tokyo West Tokyo, "some areas by inquiry"
Payment Not advertised Credit card via SMS link (from 11/4)

The FAQ now calls it a shop 立川発, "from Tachikawa." That's honest at last, and it matters for your wallet. The cheapest deal on the board only works inside Tachikawa city, and the shop now says out loud that's where it lives.

The roster is bigger than I remembered: the girl list shows 354 women, with 35 tagged as newcomers and 23 on today's schedule. Two were marked as standing by when I loaded the page around midday. The scheduled shifts run from a 10:00 start to a cluster finishing at 4:00. The married-women side is still thin. Scrolling the weekly schedule, I found exactly one woman tagged 人妻 on tomorrow's list.

Four prices for one 90-minute course

The system page wouldn't render for me, but the coupon page prints the rack rates next to each deal: 60 min ¥18,000 / 90 min ¥26,000 / 120 min ¥34,000. From there, the deals stack up like this:

What you say on the phone 60 min 90 min 120 min The catch
Nothing (rack rate) ¥18,000 ¥26,000 ¥34,000 None. You pick the woman
「ヘブン限定割りを見た」 ¥17,000 ¥24,000 ¥32,000 Can't combine with other deals; some casts are excluded
「今すぐフリー」 ¥14,000 (Tachikawa only) ¥22,000 ¥30,000 You can't choose, change, or cancel. Outside Tachikawa city it starts at 90
Review-post code — ¥21,000 ¥29,000* 90 min or longer, ¥5,000 off, once per woman

*The review deal is written as "¥5,000 off the base price for 90 minutes or more." The coupon only shows the 90-minute figure; ¥29,000 for 120 is my arithmetic, so confirm it.

Two fees sit outside every row: 本指名料 ¥2,000 (named on both the coupon and the event page, even though the top page still shouts that nomination is 【無料】), and transport, which the coupon says "some areas" carry. I covered the transport tables in my first piece. The short version: around Tachikawa Station it's ¥0.

Which one I'd actually say

First visit, no name in mind, and you're in Tachikawa: 今すぐフリー, 60 minutes, ¥14,000. It's the cheapest door into this shop and nothing else comes close. I covered the blind-booking trade-offs last time, so I won't repeat them.

You've seen a profile you want: 「ヘブン限定割りを見た」. ¥24,000 for 90 sounds like you're saving ¥2,000, but add the ¥2,000 本指名 and you're right back at rack rate. The Heaven discount mostly cancels out the nomination fee. That's still worth saying. Just don't think you're getting a bargain.

You're a repeat customer with a new name in mind: this is where the review deal earns its keep. Post an honest review of an earlier visit on Cityheaven. When it's published you get a confirmation code. Quote the code and 90 minutes drops to ¥21,000, the lowest 90-minute price on the board, and you still choose who comes. The rule is once per woman, so it rewards trying someone new, not going back to the same one. Since the Heaven deal says it can't be combined, I'd assume none of these stack.

Paying with a card, step by step

This one is new today, and it's the part I'd expect more people to use than any discount. The event page lays out the process:

  1. Tell the staff on the call that you want to pay by card.
  2. They send a payment URL to your phone by SMS.
  3. You open it and pay online.
  4. You tell the staff it's done.

So it's not a terminal at the door; it's a link on your phone. Do it before she arrives. Nobody wants to be squinting at a card form while the clock is running. The page doesn't mention a card surcharge either way, so ask on the call.

The afternoon, briefly

I booked the way I just told you to: called from a hotel near the station, said the Heaven line, asked for the 60. The voice on the phone recited the conditions without being asked: nomination ¥2,000 extra, not combinable. That's the first time this shop's staff and its web copy have agreed with each other in my experience. The woman who arrived matched her profile photo closely enough that I believed the "no heavy retouching" promise on the top page, which is one of three "guarantees" the group prints (honest photos, honest measurements, polite casts who get dropped if surveys say otherwise). I'm not going to rate a person in public. What I will say is that the hour felt like an hour, nobody tried to upsell me at the door, and the knock came inside the window they quoted.

Before you dial

  • Know your sentence. Every price above depends on a phrase said at booking. Say it after the call and you pay rack rate.
  • No extension price is published. It wasn't in September and it still isn't. Ask first.
  • "Free options" is still copy, not policy. The top page says options cost nothing. The option menu I documented in September had prices. Assume extras cost money until the phone says otherwise.
  • Outside Tachikawa city, Imasugu Free starts at 90 minutes and transport may apply.
  • The hours are 10:00 to 5:00 now. If you remember the 8 a.m. opening, it's gone.
Elon
ElonThe rename is the best thing that's happened to this listing: a Tachikawa shop finally says it's in Tachikawa, which makes the ¥0 transport zone and the Tachikawa-only ¥14,000 deal make sense. My cheat sheet: blind and local, say 「今すぐフリー」 and take the 60 for ¥14,000. Have a favorite? The Heaven line just cancels out the ¥2,000 nomination fee. Regular trying someone new? Post an honest review first, then use the code for ¥21,000 / 90. Paying by card: ask for the SMS link and finish paying before the doorbell rings. And ask the extension rate every single time, because three articles in, I still can't find it in writing.

Prices, hours and conditions are from the shop's Cityheaven top, coupon, event, girl list and dispatch area pages, read on 2026-11-04, tax included. Deals marked as running from 11/4 can be withdrawn without notice. Confirm by phone before booking. Adults 18+ only.
