The other half of the clock
Last time I wrote about this shop, it was a Sunday morning and I was reading the usage percentages it prints next to every course. That piece was about what everybody orders. This one is about when you order it.
The numbers on the door haven't moved: Gohoubi SPA Gotanda (ごほうびSPA五反田店), an outcall men's esthetic run by Star Group, phone 03-6277-0347, open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. (last booking). In New York, "open late" usually means a bodega with one tired guy behind the glass. I wanted to know if 5 a.m. here means a real roster or a skeleton crew.
So on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, I pulled the shop's Cityheaven schedule, system, and event pages. Everything below is what those pages said that day. Schedules are marked as plans that can change, and I'm quoting them that way.
Who's still on after midnight
The first page of the weekly schedule listed 30 women, and 29 of them had a Tuesday shift. Most of the day crowd starts between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and wraps up somewhere between 8:30 p.m. and midnight. Then the night shift comes in.
Here's who the board had working past midnight:
| Shift ends | Who (age as posted) |
|---|---|
| 1:00 a.m. | Yui (28), Rinon (23) |
| 2:00 a.m. | Kirika (23), Ria (22), Erika (29) |
| 3:00 a.m. | Nagi (21), Konoka (22), Yu (30), Nanase (26) |
| 4:00 a.m. | Riku (28) |
| 5:00 a.m. | Shiori (22), on from 11:00 p.m. |
That's eleven women working after midnight on a Tuesday, which is more than I expected on a weeknight. But look at how the list shrinks. After 3 a.m. there are two names left, and only one of them is on until the 5 a.m. last booking.
The practical rule I took from this: the shift end is not your start time. If someone is listed until 3:00 and you want 120 minutes, you're realistically asking for a start around 1 a.m. or earlier. I didn't confirm how the shop handles a course that runs past a shift, so ask when you book instead of assuming.
The second visit costs less, if you book on the web
On a first visit, the coupons do the heavy lifting. On the second, most people stop reading the system page, and that's a mistake, because the shop has a web-only price that drops again for your second booking in the same month:
| Web-only course | 1st booking this month | 2nd booking this month |
|---|---|---|
| 120 min | ¥31,900 | ¥29,700 |
| 150 min | ¥40,700 | ¥38,500 |
The regular phone prices are ¥36,300 for 120 minutes and ¥45,100 for 150. So the second web booking of the month knocks ¥6,600 off either course compared with calling. If you come back to the same woman, the page says repeat nominations are +¥2,200 on top.
If you used the first-visit coupon with the "special voucher," you have a different option: ¥5,500 off courses of 90 minutes or more on the 2nd and 3rd visits within 30 days. That gives you a 120-minute course at ¥31,900, the same as the first web price. So for a 120-minute second round, the second-of-the-month web price is the better line. Check both before you book, because the discounts don't stack.
The review discount, for the long haul
Every discount on this board comes with the same small print: post a review afterward. The review discount is the payoff for doing that homework, and you can use it as many times as you like:
- First nomination of a woman, 90 minutes or more: ¥2,200 off
- Repeat nomination, 150 minutes or more: ¥2,200 off
- Booking through the official site: the event page says the web booking discount of ¥1,100 can be combined with it
That combination is the one regulars should remember. Most discounts here are "pick one," but the review discount plus the web booking discount is the exception the shop spells out.
The newcomer lane runs late too
The one newcomer badge I found on Tuesday's first page went to Yua (24), on a day shift. Newcomer rates still apply if you find one on a later page: 100 minutes for ¥25,300 instead of the 90-minute course at ¥29,700, or ¥23,100 if you let the shop pick from the newcomers. A repeat nomination adds ¥2,200. The pick-up deal (one newcomer per day, 100 minutes for ¥20,900) needs a net booking and is Gotanda area only.
The late-night fine print
Midnight makes some rules hurt more than they do at noon:
- No cancellations. Don't book at 1 a.m. if you're not sure you'll be awake at 2.
- Extensions are ¥5,500 per 15 minutes, and with shifts ending at 2 or 3 a.m. there may not be room for one anyway. Pick the long course up front.
- Transport is free to the love hotels at Gotanda Station's East Exit. The rest of Shinagawa and Meguro wards is ¥2,200, and it climbs to ¥7,700 for the far eastern wards. After the last train, the East Exit hotels are the sensible choice.
- Towel fee: ¥500, every visit. The hotel room is separate.
- The 70-minute course (¥20,900) is limited to the area around Gotanda Station.
Running a second-round tab
Here's what a Tuesday late-night second visit looks like on paper, all from posted prices: 120 minutes on the second web booking of the month ¥29,700, a repeat nomination +¥2,200, towel ¥500, East Exit hotel transport free. That comes to ¥32,400 before the room and any options. Add the ¥5,500 full-nude option that most customers order, and you're near ¥37,900.
Compare that to calling the shop and paying the regular rate for the same thing: ¥36,300 + ¥2,200 + ¥500 = ¥39,000 before the room and options. The web form saves you the cost of a decent late dinner.
Bottom line
Gohoubi SPA Gotanda's 5 a.m. last booking is real, but the roster thins out fast. On this Tuesday, eleven women were working after midnight, six were still on after 2 a.m., and only one was on until close. If you're a night owl coming back for a second round, book through the website, before 1 a.m., with a course that fits inside her shift, and use the second-booking-of-the-month price instead of chasing coupons. Post your review, because next time it's worth ¥2,200 on top of the web discount.
