Gohoubi SPA Gotanda: The Shop That Shows You What Everyone Else Orders

Gohoubi SPA's Gotanda branch prints a usage percentage next to every course and option on its official price page. I read those numbers on a Sunday: 90 and 120 minutes cover almost two-thirds of bookings, more than half of the option orders go to one ¥5,500 add-on, and a first 90-minute visit comes to about ¥25,300 before the towel and the room.

Gohoubi SPA Gotanda: The Shop That Shows You What Everyone Else Orders
Elon
ElonMost shops hand you a menu and wish you luck. This one hands you a menu with a scoreboard stapled to it: next to every course and every option, the Gotanda branch prints what percentage of customers pick it. I've never seen a shop in this business show its own sales mix to the public. So I skipped the usual "which girl" question and asked a better one: what does the room actually order, and what does that cost you?

Sunday morning, reading the scoreboard

In New York, when you don't know a deli, you order what the guy in front of you ordered. It's the oldest trick in the book, and it works because the regulars already did the research.

On Sunday, October 18, 2026, I sat down with Gohoubi SPA Gotanda (ごほうびSPA五反田店), an outcall men's esthetic shop run by Star Group, the same outfit behind the Shinjuku branch. I read its Cityheaven pages (top, system, coupons, events) and the official price page at star-group.co.jp. Everything below comes from those pages as they read that morning. I didn't call the shop and I didn't book, so take the numbers as posted, not as promised.

The basics: phone 03-6277-0347, open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. (last booking). It works out of Higashi-Gotanda, the love-hotel side of Gotanda Station. The brand's pitch is a busty cast and a "reward yourself" spa session, with the foam body wash built into every course.

The courses, and who buys them

Here's the regular menu (tax included), with the usage rate the shop prints beside each one:

Course Price Share of bookings
70 min ¥20,900 6.2%
90 min ¥27,500 33.9%
120 min ¥36,300 30.3%
150 min ¥45,100 21.3%
180 min ¥53,900 8.3%

Read that table twice. 90 and 120 minutes together make up 64% of what people buy. The 70-minute course is the cheap door, but only about one customer in sixteen uses it, and there's a reason: it's limited to the area around Gotanda Station, and the official page says it's meet-up at a recommended hotel only. And more than one booking in five goes to 150 minutes. This isn't a quick lunch-break crowd.

Two more lines on the system page matter if you lean long. If you book through the web, there are web-only prices: 120 min ¥31,900 and 150 min ¥40,700. That's ¥4,400 off the regular 120 and ¥4,400 off the regular 150, just for using the form instead of the phone.

What's already in the box

Every course includes the same base play: topless, paizuri, cowgirl-position sumata, upper-body kissing, soft touch, a hand finish, and the close-contact foam body wash (密着泡洗体). That last one is the house signature. Here it's part of the base course, not an extra.

The options, and the one everybody adds

Now the options, again with the shop's own numbers:

Option Price Share of option orders
"Harenchi" (full nude) ¥5,500 57.5%
Oral option (トリップスキンフェラ) ¥3,300 18.9%
Personal cosplay ¥1,100–3,300 8.0%
Electric wand ¥3,300 7.9%
Masturbation viewing ¥2,200 4.4%
No-panties pantyhose ¥2,200 3.4%

That's the headline. More than half of all option orders are the ¥5,500 full-nude upgrade. The base course is topless, and most people pay to take it the rest of the way. If you're budgeting, put that ¥5,500 in from the start rather than discovering it in the room. The official page's own sample bill assumes an average of ¥3,300 in options, which tells you most people add at least one.

Running the tab on a first visit

The official site does the math for you with a "Best Rate" box (it's also what popped up when I took the thumbnail). Book the 90-minute course on another site, add the ¥2,200 net nomination and an average ¥3,300 option, and you're at ¥33,000. Book on the official site instead, take ¥1,100 off for the web booking and ¥5,500 off with the first-member coupon, and it drops to ¥26,400.

The Cityheaven new-customer deal works out the same way. The "regular" 90 minutes is listed at ¥30,800, which is ¥27,500 plus the ¥1,100 joining fee plus a ¥2,200 nomination. The first-visit discount is ¥5,500 off any course of 90 minutes or more, and it covers the nomination, so you pay ¥25,300. Then add what the coupon box leaves out:

  • Towel fee: ¥500, charged on every visit
  • Hotel room: from ¥3,000 (the shop's own figure)
  • Your option, if you're like 57.5% of the room: ¥5,500
  • Special nomination for higher-ranked women: ¥1,100 to ¥8,800

So a realistic first 90 minutes in Gotanda comes to about ¥34,000 all in, room and the popular option included. That isn't cheap, but now you know where the money goes before you pick up the phone.

The first-visit coupon also comes back. With the shop's "special voucher," the 2nd and 3rd visits within 30 days each get another ¥5,500 off, for up to ¥16,500 across three visits. Every one of these deals says the same thing in small print: you have to post a review afterward.

The newcomer lane

If you don't care who walks in, the newcomer deals are the best value on the board:

  • Newcomer discount: any woman with the "new" badge, 100 min ¥25,300 instead of the 90-minute price, as many times as you like during her new period. If you let the shop choose for you, it's ¥23,100.
  • Pick-up deal: one newcomer picked each day, 100 min ¥20,900 with nomination included. It's for Cityheaven chat members, Gotanda area only, and you can't book her as a repeat nomination.
  • Group discount: two or more customers get ¥2,200 off, and it's the only discount that works on courses of 90 minutes or less (70 min drops to ¥20,900 with nomination).
  • Review discount: post a review and get ¥2,200 off your next visit.

None of these stack. Pick one.

The rules I'd tape to the fridge

  • No cancellations. The system page says cancellation is "not possible." Book only when you're sure.
  • Booking opens 7 days ahead.
  • Extensions are ¥5,500 per 15 minutes. That's an expensive way to buy time, so pick the longer course up front.
  • Transport: free to love hotels at Gotanda Station's East Exit, ¥2,200 around the station and in Shinagawa and Meguro wards, ¥3,300 to Minato, Shibuya, Ota and Chuo, and up to ¥7,700 for the far eastern wards.
  • The meet-up point listed on the official page is Hotel Bali Bali ANNEX, Higashi-Gotanda 1-17-1.

The Sunday board

More than thirty women were on the Sunday schedule, with start times running from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and some shifts going until 5:00 a.m. The posted ages ran from 22 to 33, and the cup sizes from D to I, so the "busty" branding isn't just marketing. By 12:48 p.m., one woman had already posted that she was sold out for the day, and another was offering her next opening from 4 p.m. Sunday afternoons go fast here. If you have someone in mind, book through the web as soon as the booking window opens.

Bottom line

Gohoubi SPA Gotanda gives you something most shops won't: data. Order like the regulars do: 90 or 120 minutes, booked on the web, with the full-nude option, and assume about ¥34,000 for the first night once the towel and room are counted. If you'd rather save, a newcomer at ¥23,100 for 100 minutes is the best deal on the menu. And whichever you choose, remember that the discount comes with homework: you owe them a review.
