Field Diary Gotanda Esthetic Fantasia Rouge Gotanda

Fantasia Rouge, Gotanda — A Shop for Shy Men, Read by a Guy Who Has Never Been Shy

Fantasia Rouge Gotanda is a woman-led outcall kaishun esthetic pitched at shy men, open 10:00 to 5:00 daily. I read its DEEP and PURE menus, rank fees, coupons and ward-by-ward transport map: the nude upgrade costs exactly ¥4,000 per half hour, and longer bookings cost more per minute, not less.

Fantasia Rouge, Gotanda — A Shop for Shy Men, Read by a Guy Who Has Never Been Shy
Elon
ElonI grew up in a city where you have to talk loud to get a bagel. So a Gotanda shop that sells itself to "slightly bashful, reserved gentlemen" who would rather not lead got my attention. The question isn't whether I'm the target customer. I'm not. The question is whether the price board is as gentle as the pitch.

The pitch: she makes the first move

Fantasia Rouge Gotanda (ファンタジアルージュ五反田) is listed on CityHeaven as an esthetic/aroma shop, outcall type, based in Gotanda. It has no storefront. The therapist comes to your hotel or your home. Phone: 03-6721-6831. Official site: fantasiarouge-gotanda.com. Hours are 10:00 to 5:00 the next morning, with no days off.

The tagline is 「きっかけは、私から」, "the first move is mine." The house concept is 逆夜這い性感, which translates roughly as a reverse night-visit. In the old folk custom a man slipped into a woman's room at night. Here the roles are flipped, and she's the one who comes calling. The copy says it's built for men who "aren't good at leading but want to drown in stimulation they can't resist."

As a New Yorker I read that and thought: there's an entire business model built around not having to say what you want. That's a very Tokyo product. It's also, I'll admit, a smart one. Plenty of first-timers freeze up in the room, and a shop that writes "you don't have to steer" into its brand removes the most awkward thirty seconds of the whole thing.

The site also says the technique is "inherited from the established Aroma Fantasy." That's a name regular readers here know. I took apart Aroma Fantasy Takanawa's pricing back in August. Different shop, different menu, but you can see the family resemblance in how the transport map is drawn.

The four-act program

Every booking follows the same four stages. The shop names them like movements in a piece of music:

  1. Prelude (序奏): a close-contact counseling chat to start.
  2. Wash (洗身): a body wash using the shop's own "極液泡," a thick oil-and-foam blend.
  3. Awakening (覚醒): a full-contact massage, "leaving no gap."
  4. Sublimation (昇華): a lip-service finish.

Then you pick a depth:

  • DEEP: all-nude, and touching goes both ways.
  • PURE: she wears a T-back swimsuit, and you don't touch.

The house rules say clearly that full intercourse (本番) is not offered "under any circumstances." Pushing for it ends the session on the spot with no refund, and the shop says it will call the police. This is a massage-and-finish service. Read it as that.

The price board, laid out flat

On the official site the whole menu is one tall image. I copied the numbers out. Every price has two columns: net booking (ネット予約) and standard phone price (電話予約). All prices include tax.

Length DEEP (net) DEEP (phone) PURE (net) PURE (phone)
90 min ¥36,000 ¥39,000 ¥30,000 ¥33,000
120 min ¥48,000 ¥52,000 ¥40,000 ¥44,000
150 min ¥62,000 ¥68,000 ¥52,000 ¥57,000
180 min ¥76,000 ¥83,000 ¥64,000 ¥70,000
210 min ¥90,000 ¥99,000 ¥76,000 ¥83,000
240 min ¥104,000 ¥114,000 ¥88,000 ¥96,000
270 min ¥118,000 ¥129,000 ¥100,000 ¥110,000
300 min ¥132,000 ¥145,000 ¥112,000 ¥123,000
Extension 30 min ¥15,000 ¥16,000 ¥13,000 ¥14,000
Extension 60 min ¥28,000 ¥30,000 ¥24,000 ¥26,000

DEEP has one more tier: a "VVIP stay" for overnight exclusive bookings. It's ¥550,000 for 12 hours and ¥1,000,000 for 24 hours. I mention it so you know the ceiling exists, not because anyone reading this is booking it.

On the 120-minute DEEP row the board prints 発射無制限, "no limit on finishes," for every DEEP course of 120 minutes or longer. That's the shop's main reason to steer you past the 90.

Three things the grid tells you

1. The "release fee" is a flat ¥4,000 per half hour. The shop describes DEEP as PURE plus a 密着解放料, a "contact-release fee." Subtract one column from the other, net price to net price, and the fee is ¥6,000 at 90 minutes, ¥8,000 at 120, ¥10,000 at 150, ¥12,000 at 180, and so on up to ¥20,000 at 300. It works out to exactly ¥4,000 for every extra 30 minutes, with no exceptions. Somebody built this table with a formula, and I respect that.

2. Longer costs more per minute, not less. Most menus reward you for staying longer. This one runs the other way:

DEEP (net) Price per minute
90 min ¥400
120 min ¥400
150 min about ¥413
180 min about ¥422
300 min ¥440
30-min extension ¥500

The 90 and the 120 are the cheapest minutes on the board. After that every step costs a little more per minute, and an extension in the room is the most expensive time you can buy. So if you think you'll want 150 minutes, book 150 up front. Don't book 120 and extend.

3. Booking online beats calling by ¥3,000 to ¥13,000. The gap grows with length: ¥3,000 on a 90-minute DEEP, ¥7,000 on a 180, ¥13,000 on a 300. If your Japanese is good enough for the phone, it's good enough for the web form. Use the form.

Fees that sit on top

Item Price
Nomination, first time (ネット指名) ¥2,000
Repeat nomination (本指名) ¥3,000
Rank fee ¥1,000 to ¥6,000+
Special nomination fee set per therapist (celebrities, influencers, adult-video actresses)

The rank fee is the part to watch. Each therapist has a tier, decided by points based mostly on how many repeat nominations she gets: Superior ¥1,000, Deluxe ¥2,000, Premier ¥3,000, Royale ¥4,000, Imperial ¥5,000, Legend ¥6,000 and up. The tiers have European-sounding names, but they're plain arithmetic. The better she does, the more you pay. Check her profile before you book, not after.

Options listed: pantyhose ¥2,000, electric massager ¥3,000, prostate ¥4,000. There's also a "personal option" from ¥2,000. Each therapist sets her own. The shop asks you to keep the contents secret and not post them on review sites or social media, so I'm not going to guess what they are.

Transport: stay near the station

There's no storefront, so where you stay decides one line on the bill:

Where she comes to Transport
Hotels nearest Gotanda or Shinagawa station Free
Shinagawa ward ¥1,000
Minato, Meguro, Shibuya ¥2,000
Chiyoda, Chuo, Koto, Ota ¥3,000
Setagaya, Shinjuku, Bunkyo, Taito, parts of Kawasaki ¥4,000
Suginami, Nakano, Toshima, Arakawa, Sumida ¥5,000
Nerima, Itabashi, Kita, Adachi, Katsushika, Edogawa ¥7,000

Areas not on the map can be arranged if you ask. In practice, if you're one of the many visitors staying in a business hotel by Shinagawa station, the trip costs you nothing.

Coupons, and which ones a first-timer can use

The CityHeaven page had three standing coupons and a few events when I checked, all valid from October 1 with no end date:

  • New customer, review required: DEEP 90 for ¥30,000. You must post a review afterward. A nomination fee is extra if you choose someone, and it can't be used with a therapist-side booking.
  • New customer, no conditions: for people who don't want to write a review. ¥2,000 off a DEEP 90, ¥3,000 off DEEP 120 or longer, at net prices. Can't be combined with other discounts.
  • Therapist's choice (おまかせ), all customers: Gotanda east-exit area only. DEEP 90 goes from ¥36,000 to ¥30,000, but you let the shop pick who comes. You can't use it with a web nomination or a repeat nomination.
  • Event: ¥5,000 off for new therapists, plus perks for repeat nominations.

The shop's own FAQ recommends DEEP 120 for first-timers. Here's what that costs at net prices, using the cheapest rank and a station hotel:

¥48,000 (course) + ¥2,000 (first nomination) + ¥1,000 (Superior rank) + ¥0 (transport) = ¥51,000.

Add ¥3,000 off with the no-conditions new-customer coupon and you're at ¥48,000. The cheapest legitimate way in is either ¥30,000 coupon: write the review, or let the shop choose. Anything above ¥51,000 comes from the rank you pick, the options, and how far she has to travel.

The roster, briefly

When I checked on Thursday afternoon, six therapists were marked as on standby from 13:03. The weekly schedule ran from a 10:00 start to a 23:00–5:00 late shift. Listed ages ran from 23 to 39. The September ranking (updated October 1) had Kanzaki Sayuri (神崎さゆり), 34, at number one. Two newcomers had just joined: one on October 26, billed as a current AV actress (so check for a special nomination fee), and one on October 28, billed in the shop's usual flowery style as a "lounge-class beauty." The catchphrases read like perfume ads: "noble intellect, wanton embrace," "pure smile, blissful embrace." Your mileage will vary.

House rules worth reading twice

  • Cancellation: a same-day cancellation costs 100% of the course price. That includes same-day bookings cancelled less than an hour before the start. If you don't pay, you're barred from booking again.
  • Refused: withheld caller ID, refusing the pre-session shower, rooms with no bathroom, anyone drunk, and anyone from rival shops or scouting.
  • Banned: pushing for intercourse, hidden cameras or recorders, asking for contact details or a date outside, and having anyone else in the room.
  • Foreign customers: the FAQ says foreign nationals are welcome as long as you can communicate in Japanese. That's a fair, clear line, and better than the flat "no foreigners" some shops print. Just be honest with yourself about your Japanese before you book.

One small thing made me laugh. In the CityHeaven Q&A, under the recommended first-timer course, the price section still includes the note 「※店舗の最新の料金表に合わせて書き換えてください」. That means "please rewrite this to match the store's latest price table." Someone pasted in a template and never deleted the instruction. For the record, the ¥48,000 printed under it does match the current table. I'm just saying the "complete, transparent pricing" slogan has an editor's note showing.

Bottom line

Fantasia Rouge is a premium-priced outcall esthetic with an unusually tidy price board. The nude upgrade is a flat ¥4,000 per half hour, the online discount is real, and transport is free if you stay by Gotanda or Shinagawa station. The catch is the rank fee, which adds up to ¥6,000+ depending on who you pick, plus a menu where every extra minute costs a bit more than the last. Book online, book your full length up front, check her rank, and remember that the whole point of the place is that you don't have to do the talking. In my case, that would be a first.

Elon
ElonA shop built for men who'd rather not lead turns out to have one of the most clearly led price tables in Gotanda. Every column follows a formula, every fee has a name, and even the leftover template note had the right number under it. If you're quiet in the room, that's fine. Just do the math before you get there.
