Eclat Tokyo, Shibuya: Three Different Discounts, One Price — Every First-Time Door Into This Shop Costs Exactly ¥400.00 a Minute

Eclat Tokyo runs a five-tier rank ladder out of Shibuya and publishes four separately-branded discounts on top of it. Three of them — the new-customer web coupon, the new-face discount and the standby discount — land on exactly ¥400.00 per minute, to the yen, by three different routes with three incompatible sets of conditions. The fourth is the only one a returning customer can use, and it costs 13.9% more per minute. Meanwhile the price on every headline is the base-rank price, the base rank is 30 of the 47 women listed, and exactly one of those 30 appears anywhere on the coming week's shift board.

Eclat Tokyo, Shibuya: Three Different Discounts, One Price — Every First-Time Door Into This Shop Costs Exactly ¥400.00 a Minute

Three coupons, three sets of rules, one number

I went into this listing expecting to find a shop that was hiding its real price. That's the usual shape of these things: a cheap number on the shelf, and a stack of fees underneath it that turns the cheap number into a different number. What I found at エクラ東京 (Eclat Tokyo) — a 高級 (luxury-tier) delivery health operation working out of Shibuya, listed here — is stranger and, honestly, more interesting.

This shop publishes four discounts. They have different names, different conditions, different booking channels, and they are scattered across three pages that never reference each other. Work each one out to its actual all-in total and three of them come out here:

¥400.00 per minute.

Not "about ¥400." Not "roughly the same." Exactly ¥400.00, three times, by three different roads.

Here they are.

Route one — 『ご新規様限定ネット予約割』, the first-timer web coupon. The coupon carries its own comparison table, and I'll quote it as printed:

通常 合計 90 分 46000円 / 指名料 5000円 / コース 90 分 40000円 / 交通費 1000円 クーポン利用時 合計 100 分 40000円 / 指名料 0円 / コース 100 分 40000円 / 交通費 0円

One hundred minutes, forty thousand yen, nomination fee waived, transport waived, everything in the number. ¥40,000 ÷ 100 = ¥400.00 per minute.

Route two — 『新人割』, the new-face discount. From the event page:

♦Espoir♦ 90分 45,000円 → 90分 35,000

Thirty-five thousand for ninety minutes, and this one is marked 「※交通費別途」 — transport separate. Transport to a Dogenzaka love hotel is ¥1,000, which the shop states plainly. So ¥35,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥36,000 ÷ 90 = ¥400.00 per minute.

Route three — 『即姫割』, the standby discount. The shop does this arithmetic for you, which I appreciate:

【espoir女性の例】90分 コース料金+指名料+出張交通費 計46000円 ↓ そこから10000円OFF 総額36000円!!

¥36,000 ÷ 90 = ¥400.00 per minute.

Three promotions. One is web-only, one is phone-only, one requires you to post a review before you leave the room. One is capped to women in a 30-day window, one to women currently sitting in the waiting room, one to customers who have never been here. They cannot be combined — every single one carries 「※割引併用不可」 or 「他の割引・コースとの併用不可」.

And they all cost the same, to the yen, per minute.

That is not an accident and it is not a coincidence of rounding. Somebody at this shop decided what a first-time customer pays — ¥400 a minute — and then built four different-looking doors into the same room. The discounts aren't discounts. They're eligibility tests for a price that was already fixed.

The ladder underneath

Before any of that makes sense you need the rank system, because every number this shop prints is a rank number.

Eclat sorts its women into named tiers and prices each tier. The 口コミ割 event page is the only place all five appear together, and it is worth reproducing exactly:

♦Espoir♦ 90分 45,000円 → 90分 40,000円 ♦Charm♦ 90分 50,000円 → 90分 45,000円 ♦Luxe♦ 90分 55,000円 → 90分 50,000円 ♦Ideal♦ 90分 65,000円 → 90分 60,000円 ♦Legendary♦ 90分 75,000円 → 90分 70,000円

Those left-hand numbers are course plus the ¥5,000 nomination fee, before transport. I know that because a customer itemized it in a review dated 2026年08月26日, three days ago:

概要:90分コース(Espoirランク) 40000円/指名料 5000円/品川区交通費 2000円 割引:−10000円(新人割)

¥40,000 + ¥5,000 + ¥2,000 = ¥47,000, minus ¥10,000, equals the ¥37,000 that reviewer reported paying. The ladder holds. Espoir's course is ¥40,000 and the nomination fee is a flat ¥5,000 that does not scale with rank.

So the real shelf price of this shop — base rank, ninety minutes, Dogenzaka hotel, no discount, no games — is ¥46,000, which is exactly the number the shop puts at the bottom of its own top page. That's ¥511.11 a minute. Every promotion above is measured against that.

Note what the ¥5,000 review discount does to the ladder. Espoir with 口コミ割 is ¥40,000; Charm's list price is ¥50,000, and Charm with 口コミ割 is ¥45,000 — which is Espoir's list price. Luxe with the discount is ¥50,000, which is Charm's list. Below Ideal, posting a review buys you exactly one rank. The steps are ¥5,000 and the discount is ¥5,000, so they cancel perfectly. Then at Ideal the step doubles to ¥10,000 and the review only covers half of it. Nobody tells you this. It falls out of the table.

The coupon that disagrees with itself

Now the part that made me stop and re-read the page four times.

The 『NEW FACE SPECIAL PRICE』 coupon has a structured price table at the bottom, generated by Cityheaven's coupon widget:

通常 合計 90 分 45000円 / 入会金 0円 / 指名料 5000円 / コース 90 分 40000円 クーポン利用時 合計 90 分 35000円 / 入会金 0円 / 指名料 0円 / コース 90 分 35000円

Forty-five down to thirty-five. Ten thousand yen off. That matches the event page exactly, and it matches the ¥37,000 receipt above.

Directly above that table, in the same coupon, in the shop's own prose:

通常90分45,000円+出張交通費のところ 今だけ90分40,000円+出張交通費のみでの ご案内(新人ご指名料5000円OFF)!

Forty-five down to forty. Five thousand off, and the text names the mechanism — the nomination fee is waived, that's it.

Same coupon. Same ninety minutes. Same new-face promotion. ¥35,000 in the table, ¥40,000 in the paragraph six lines above it, and the two versions disagree about whether the discount is ¥5,000 or ¥10,000.

The table is the one that's right — the event page and the August 26th receipt both confirm ¥10,000 — which means the paragraph is a stale draft of the promotion that never got deleted when the discount was deepened. That's an easy mistake to make and a five-minute fix. But it means the single cheapest headline this shop prints sits directly below a sentence, written by the shop, saying it costs ¥5,000 more than it does.

Both coupons on this listing are badged 22% OFF!! by the way, and here's a small thing I liked: they're both correct, by different arithmetic. The new-face coupon is ¥45,000 → ¥35,000, which is 22.2% off the total. The web coupon is ¥46,000 → ¥40,000, which is only 13.0% off the total — but it also hands you ten extra minutes, and ¥511.11/min → ¥400.00/min is a 21.74% cut in the unit price. The badge is honest. It's just measuring something no customer measures.

Both coupons feature a woman who can't use them

The Cityheaven coupon format puts a cast photo on each offer. Look at who's on them.

The 『NEW FACE SPECIAL PRICE』 coupon — the ¥35,000 one, for women carrying the ♦NEW♦ tag — features きほ(22) T172・88(F)・58・89. On today's roster, きほ carries no ♦NEW♦ tag at all. Her August 26th receipt shows 新人割 applied, so her thirty-day window was open three days ago and has since closed. The coupon is still fronted by her. You cannot use it on her.

The 『ご新規様限定ネット予約割』 coupon — the ¥40,000-for-100-minutes one — features もな♦LUXE♦(20) T154・89(F)・54・82. That ¥40,000 is the Espoir price. もな is Luxe, two rungs up. The coupon does disclose this, in a bullet:

・女性のランクにより金額が変わります、スタッフにお問い合わせください

The amount changes depending on the woman's rank; please ask staff. Which is honest, and buried, and printed underneath a large ¥40,000 next to the photograph of a woman who does not cost ¥40,000.

I can tell you what she costs, because someone bought exactly this. From the reviews:

Fifty thousand yen. The web coupon at Espoir is ¥40,000; the ladder steps ¥5,000 per rank to Luxe; ¥40,000 + ¥10,000 = ¥50,000. The receipt lands on the ladder to the yen. The number on the coupon is 20% below what the woman pictured on the coupon actually charges, and the only warning is one line of small print telling you to phone and ask.

The rank they quote is the rank you can't book

Here's where the whole thing tips over.

Eclat lists 47 women. I counted the rank tags across the full roster:

Tag Count
(no tag — Espoir) 30
♦NEW♦ 6
♦CHARM♦ 4
♦LUXE♦ 3
♦IDEAL♦ 3
♦ASK♦ 1
♦Legendary♦ 0

Thirty of forty-seven women carry no rank tag, which is the base tier — the shop's own 即姫割 example calls it 「espoir女性の例」, and the きほ receipt names 「Espoirランク」 outright. Espoir is the price on every headline, every coupon, every event banner on this listing. Sixty-four percent of the roster. Fine so far.

Now open the weekly shift board. Seven days, today through 9/4. Women with any posted shift in that window:

  • えま♦IDEAL♦ — today 12:00〜19:00
  • みなと♦NEW♦ — today 15:00〜3:00
  • みく♦LUXE♦ — 16:00〜23:00 and later days
  • あかり♦IDEAL♦ — 13:00〜22:00 and later days

Seven women. Out of forty-seven. The other forty have blank rows across the entire week.

And of those seven: two Ideal, two Luxe, two New — and one Espoir, きほ, who is marked sold out today. Cityheaven's own filter agrees on the headcount: 「現在待機中or本日出勤(3)」.

So the shop has thirty women at the price it advertises, and across the next seven days exactly one of them appears on the schedule at all. The ¥400.00-a-minute convergence I opened with is real arithmetic on real published numbers, and for most of this week there is essentially nobody at the base rank to spend it on. The rank you can actually book is Luxe or Ideal — ¥56,000 and ¥66,000 all-in at ninety minutes, ¥622.22 and ¥733.33 a minute. That is 22% to 43% above the advertised rate, and the gap has nothing to do with the pricing being dishonest. The pricing is fine. It's the staffing that doesn't match the marketing.

Which brings us to the tier with nobody in it. ♦Legendary♦, ¥75,000 for ninety minutes, is published on the 口コミ割 table and not one woman on the 47-person roster holds it. It is a price for a category that does not currently exist. The shop is printing the top of a ladder that has no top rung.

Time is priced backwards here

One more structural thing, and this one is genuinely unusual.

Almost every shop in this business sells longer courses at a lower rate per minute — the ninety is the impulse buy, the one-eighty is the value play. Eclat does the opposite. Espoir, including the nomination fee, before transport:

Course Total Per minute
90 min ¥45,000 ¥500.00
120 min ¥65,000 ¥541.67
180 min ¥105,000 ¥583.33

Strictly increasing. The longer you stay, the more each minute costs.

The mechanism is clean once you see it: the first ninety minutes are ¥40,000 of course plus a one-time ¥5,000 nomination fee, and every minute after that is billed at a flat ¥666.67. Ninety to 120 is +¥20,000 for 30 minutes. 120 to 180 is +¥40,000 for 60 minutes. Same rate, both times — the shop is consistent about this, it's just consistently expensive.

And the discounts make it worse, because they're fixed yen amounts. The ¥10,000 新人割 is 22.2% off the ninety, 15.4% off the 120, and 9.5% off the 180. The rate is climbing while the discount's value is shrinking. Two independent forces both pointing the same direction:

Buy the ninety. Buy it every time. If you want more than ninety minutes at this shop you are paying ¥666.67 a minute for the extra, at a shop whose entire promotional apparatus is built to sell you ninety minutes at ¥400.

Come back a second time and the price goes up

Read the exclusion lines under each discount and a two-tier system falls out.

  • 即姫割: whoever is standing by, Dogenzaka hotels only.

The review discount is the only one of the four that survives contact with a returning customer. So:

  • First visit, any of three routes: ¥36,000 or ¥40,000 all-in → ¥400.00/min
Espoir, Dogenzaka: ¥45,000 − ¥5,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥41,000 → ¥455.56/min
  • Second visit, no review posted: ¥46,000 → ¥511.11/min

Coming back costs you 13.9% more per minute than walking in the first time, and forgetting to post a review costs you 27.8% more. That's the actual pricing architecture of this shop, and no page states it, because it only appears when you line up four promotions that live on three different tabs.

There's one more line worth flagging. 新人割 and 口コミ割 both carry 「※フリー適応不可」 — no discount if you let the shop choose for you. At most shops フリー is the budget option. Here it is excluded from the discount structure entirely, which means the cheapest way to buy is also the way that gets you nothing off.

And the two ¥400 doors are on mutually exclusive channels: the web coupon is 「ネット予約限定」, while 即姫割 says 「※お電話の際に『即姫割』とお伝えください」. Same price, opposite instructions. Pick the wrong one and you've locked yourself out of the other.

What isn't on any price list

Every number above excludes things, and the shop is upfront about some of them and silent on others.

The room. Every single review that reports a total appends 「室料別」 — room fee separate. This is a delivery service with 「受付所がございません」, no storefront; you supply the room. The hotel bill is the largest number nobody has published, and at ¥400/min pricing it is not a rounding error.

Transport, with a tilde. 「出張交通費/道玄坂ラブホテル利用で1,000円、その他地域は2,000円~」 — ¥1,000 at a Dogenzaka love hotel, ¥2,000 and up elsewhere. That tilde is doing real work. One receipt on the current review page shows 交通費3,000 for a home visit, and another shows ¥2,000 to Shinagawa. Every ¥400.00/min figure in this article is the Dogenzaka case. Go home instead and the new-face route becomes ¥37,000 ÷ 90 = ¥411.11/min, which is still the best thing on the board, but it isn't ¥400.

The card fee. From the payments page: 「※決済金額については代行会社の利用料が発生しますので、お電話にてご確認の上お手続きお願い致します。」 A processing-agent fee applies to card payments, amount unstated, phone to find out. Payment is 前払い — prepaid — so you're settling before you've seen anything.

Amex, in dollars. Amex transactions are settled in USD and the yen amount you are billed moves with the exchange rate. I have never seen a Tokyo shop disclose this and I'm glad they did, but it means one of the five cards they accept cannot quote you a fixed price.

The cancellation cliff. 100%」. Nothing until the day of, then the entire total. There is no middle. Note the interaction with 即姫割, which by design is a same-day, she's-free-right-now booking — the discount that requires spontaneity is the one where cancelling costs you everything.

Small stuff that adds up

A few things I noticed that don't change the arithmetic but say something about how the listing is maintained.

The follower count changes depending on where you're standing. The concept page says the owner has 「SNS総フォロワー数14万OVER」. The shop introduction on the top page says 「SNS総フォロワー数20万over!」. Both are on this listing. Both describe the same person. They're sixty thousand followers apart.

Monday isn't what the hours say. 営業時間 is 「12:00〜翌3:00」 and 定休日 is 「無し」 — noon to 3am, no closing day. Then the first-timer page adds 「※月曜日は15:00以降での対応となります。」 Monday starts three hours late, and the only place that appears is inside a wall of policy text on a different tab.

The ranking panel is a month behind. It is August 29th.

The 30-day window isn't 30 days. みなと joined 8/2 and the shop says 「『9/3』まで新人割適応」 — 32 days. うみ joins 9/1 and gets 「『9/30』まで」 — 29 days. Trivial, but the promotion is named after a number it doesn't keep.

"All cast" doesn't mean all cast. 口コミ割 reads 「※全キャスト対応(NEW Rank適応不可)」 — applies to every cast member, except the six who don't count, in a single line, in parentheses.

The owner is on the menu at an undisclosed price. 徳森えり, the woman the entire concept is built around — 「エクラ東京オーナー、「徳森えり」が完全プロデュース」 — appears on the roster herself, age 22, tagged ♦ASK♦. Price on application. She is the only ASK on the board, and she is the one product on this listing with no number attached to it anywhere.

The part I'll give them credit for

I spent a long time trying to catch this shop lying and mostly failed, so let me be fair about it.

Ten reviews on the current page report a total paid. I reconciled every one of them against the published ladder and they land:

  • ¥36,000 / 90min, 新人割 → ¥35,000 + ¥1,000 Dogenzaka. Exact.
  • ¥37,000 / 90min, itemized 40,000 + 5,000 + 2,000 − 10,000. Exact.
Exact.
Luxe → ¥55,000 − ¥5,000 + ¥1,000. Exact.
  • ¥50,000 / 100min, web coupon at Luxe → ¥40,000 + two rank steps. Exact.
  • ¥58,000 / 120min, 新人割 → ¥55,000 + ¥3,000 transport, and the reviewer wrote both components out separately. Exact.

Six independent receipts, six matches, no surprises, no mystery surcharges. The published prices are the prices people pay. There are 834 reviews across nine pages and the shop replies to them individually and at length, by name, signed by staff. The nomination fee doesn't scale with rank. The marginal rate past ninety minutes is identical whether you buy 120 or 180. Registration is genuinely ¥0. Somebody here is careful with numbers.

The failure isn't honesty. It's that the careful numbers and the actual roster stopped talking to each other.

What I'd actually do

Take the web coupon and do not assume it's the Espoir price. 100 minutes, ¥40,000, everything included, 「指名料と交通費無料+10分」. It's the only route where the number you're quoted is the number you pay — no transport variable, no tilde. Say 『新規限定専用コース』 at reception. But before you book, ask staff the rank price for the specific woman, because the ¥40,000 is Espoir and the woman on the coupon is Luxe and the difference is ten thousand yen.

If you want the ¥35,000, you need a ♦NEW♦ woman with a shift. As of today that's みなと (through 9/3) and うみ (from 9/1, marked 【新人割適用】 through 9/30). That's the whole list. The other four ♦NEW♦ women have no posted shifts this week, so the cheapest headline on this listing runs through exactly two people.

Use Dogenzaka. ¥1,000 transport versus 「2,000円~」 with no stated ceiling — and one review on the current page paid ¥3,000. The ¥400.00/min figure is a Dogenzaka figure. Anywhere else and you're paying for the taxi.

Never buy more than ninety minutes. Everything past minute 90 bills at ¥666.67 while the first ninety average ¥500 and the promotions drag that to ¥400. Two ninety-minute visits cost ¥72,000; one 180 costs ¥105,000 and the discounts barely dent it. This is the clearest single call on the whole listing.

Post the review before you leave the room. It's the only discount that survives your first visit — 「※本指名適応可」 — and it's worth ¥5,000, which below Ideal is exactly one rank. Get the 割引コード and keep it. Skipping it moves you from ¥455.56/min to ¥511.11/min for no reason at all.

Phone if you're going same-day, book online if you're planning ahead. 即姫割 is 「お電話の際に」, the web coupon is 「ネット予約限定」. Same ¥400/min, incompatible instructions, and no page puts them side by side.

Ask three questions before you pay, because you're paying first. What the room is going to cost at the hotel you're being sent to; what the card processing agent adds on top; and — if you're reaching for Amex — what the yen figure actually is today, given it's settled in dollars. All three are real costs, all three are unpublished or variable, and payment is 前払い.

And check the shift board before you fall in love with a profile. Forty-seven women, seven with any shift in the next seven days, three available today. This roster is a catalogue, not an inventory. The women who are actually working skew two ranks above the price you were quoted, and that gap — not the coupons, not the fine print — is the real difference between what Eclat Tokyo advertises and what an evening here costs.

Elon
ElonFour promotions, three landing on ¥400.00 a minute to the yen — that's not sloppiness, that's someone who knew exactly what number they wanted and built four doors into it. I respect the engineering. Then I opened the shift board and the whole thing fell over. Thirty women at the advertised rank, one of them scheduled this week, and she's sold out. Meanwhile the top tier on the price list, ¥75,000 Legendary, has nobody in it at all — they're printing a rung that doesn't exist while the rung everybody quotes stands empty. The coupons make it worse by accident: one is fronted by a woman whose NEW window closed three days ago, the other puts a ¥40,000 Espoir price next to a Luxe who costs fifty. And the new-face coupon argues with itself in writing — ¥35,000 in the table, ¥40,000 in the paragraph directly above it, five thousand yen apart on the same card. Here's the thing though: I checked six customer receipts against the published ladder and every one of them matched to the yen. Nobody is being overcharged. This shop's arithmetic is better than most of its competitors' and its reply-to-every-review discipline is genuinely rare. The problem is that the marketing was written for a roster that isn't showing up. Fix list, one afternoon: delete the Legendary row until you have a Legendary, put a current ♦NEW♦ face on the new-face coupon, kill the stale ¥40,000 paragraph, and either staff the base rank or stop leading with its price. And the follower count — 14万 on one tab, 20万 on another, on the same listing, about the same person. Pick one. If a customer catches that before they catch your pricing, they'll assume the pricing is soft too, and it isn't.
