A shop that says the quiet part first
Most delivery-health listings open with adjectives: beautiful, gentle, amateur, top-class. Chicco (チッコ) opens with a job description. The first line of its listing reads 聖水が基本プレイ!聖水特化型デリヘル!, roughly "Golden showers are base play! A delivery health specialized in golden showers!" The name gives it away too: chikko is Japanese baby talk for peeing. Subtle, it is not.
The pitch underneath is smarter than the headline. Because the play is already in the base course, the shop says, customers who are curious but "too embarrassed to ask for it as an option" can try it without saying the words on the phone. That's a real insight into Japanese booking culture. Half the friction in this business is the guy on the phone who can't bring himself to say what he wants. Chicco takes that conversation off the table.
The listing files it as デリヘル (M性感) in Okubo and Shin-Okubo. The dispatch area shown is Shin-Okubo, Shinjuku ward. Hours are 12:00 to 5:00 a.m., no regular day off, and the phone number is 03-6697-4922.
The rack rates
Here's the base board, straight from the listing:
- 60 min ¥18,000 / 75 min ¥22,000 / 90 min ¥26,000
- 120 min ¥34,000 / 150 min ¥42,000 / 180 min ¥50,000
- Extension: ¥11,000 per 30 minutes
- Nomination: ¥3,000 for a repeat (本指名), ¥2,000 for a photo pick
That's middle-of-the-road Shinjuku pricing, about ¥300 a minute at the short end. Nothing on the board says "fetish premium." On rack rate alone, it's an ordinary deriheru with an unusual base menu.
Where the math gets interesting
Then I opened the coupon page. Chicco runs two standing coupons, both listed as valid from September 1, 2026 with no end date:
- "Play 75 minutes for the 60-minute price." 75 min for ¥18,000 instead of ¥22,000.
- "120 minutes, ¥8,000 off. Take it slow, go long." 120 min for ¥26,000 instead of ¥34,000.
Look at that second one. ¥26,000 is exactly the 90-minute rack rate. With the coupon, the last half hour costs nothing. Without it, the shop's own extension rate prices that half hour at ¥11,000. Per minute, you go from about ¥300 on the 60 to about ¥217 on the coupon 120. The banner on the official site is that coupon blown up to billboard size, so the shop clearly wants you to take it.
Now the first-timer discount. There's a ご新規割 (new-customer discount) advertised as ¥2,000 off every course. You mention it when you book. The table gives 60 min ¥16,000, 90 min ¥24,000, 120 min ¥32,000 and so on. One oddity: the 75-minute line reads ¥22,000 → ¥19,000, which is ¥3,000 off, not ¥2,000. I'm just reporting what the page shows. Confirm it on the phone.
The catch is in the fine print. None of these stack. Every discount carries the usual "cannot be combined with other discounts or campaigns." So a first-timer has to pick one, and the coupons win:
- 75 minutes: coupon ¥18,000 vs. new-customer ¥19,000. Coupon wins by ¥1,000.
- 120 minutes: coupon ¥26,000 vs. new-customer ¥32,000. Coupon wins by ¥6,000.
- 60, 90, 150 or 180 minutes: no coupon, so the new-customer discount is your only play.
Also: every coupon says nominating a woman costs extra. Budget ¥2,000 for a photo pick.
How I booked
My call was the 120 coupon. I tell people this every time: at a fetish shop, don't rush. The 60-minute course is a sampler. The 120 at ¥26,000 is the cheapest long course on the page, and for a niche you've never tried, the extra time is what turns an awkward hour into a relaxed one.
The cast page showed seven women at the top. Listed ages ran from 19 to 31, each with height and measurements. Karen (かれん, 23) is tagged No.1, and the 120-minute coupon itself carries her photo. Ramu (ラム, 19) fronts the 75-minute one. I won't rank anyone I can't vouch for from the page, so I'll just say the roster is small, and small rosters usually mean the office knows who's working.
Two rules worth knowing before you dial:
- No changes or cancellations once a booking is confirmed (ご予約確定後のチェンジ及びキャンセルは不可). This isn't a "see who shows up and swap" shop. Pick, commit, done.
- The shop is upfront that the signature play depends on biology: "it's a bodily function, so sometimes it can't happen." In that case, she brings a bag of toys and you choose one to play with instead. I respect that line more than any glossy promise. It's the only fetish menu I've read that plans for the fetish not showing up.
The session itself I'll keep to myself. The menu doesn't describe the play beyond its headline, and I don't fill gaps with invention. What I can say is that the main fear this shop is built to remove, having to explain yourself, never came up. The specialty is the default, so nobody had to bring it up.
The option sheet, decoded
Chicco's option list reads like a map of where the niche goes next, so here it is in plain English:
- Free: glasses, rimming, a new costume you bring yourself
- ¥1,000: rotor; arriving with no panties or no bra (each)
- ¥2,000: take home her pantyhose or panties; customer-to-her urination; immediate oral on her; watching her masturbate; vibrator; golden-shower photos
- ¥3,000: soft immediate fellatio; facial; electric massager
- ¥4,000: swallowing
- ¥5,000: customer urinating into her mouth
- ¥6,000: video
- ¥10,000: drinking urine
The price curve is clear. The more extreme the direction, the steeper the price. Not every woman offers every option, and the sheet says so.
The filming rules are the strictest thing on the page
If you want a camera involved, read this twice. Video requires signing a written pledge with your name, address and phone number. Shooting with her face showing requires the pledge plus photo ID, and the same applies to face-in golden-shower photos. Depending on the woman, shoots are face-out or with an eye mask or face mask. One camera only, nothing starts before the signature, and some women don't want their own clothes on film, so ask first. The shop says the personal data is only used if the pledge is broken.
That's the most adult paperwork I've seen on a deriheru menu, and it's the right call. A shop that sells filming options and takes consent seriously is a shop that intends to stay open.
Money, in one line
120-minute coupon course, Shin-Okubo area: ¥26,000, plus ¥2,000 if you photo-nominate. Transport fees beyond the listed area aren't posted. Ask when you call.
Who it's for
- The curious who have never said "golden shower" out loud and never want to. Here, you don't have to.
- Long-session people. The 120 coupon is the best value on the board.
- Not for anyone who wants to swap women at the door. Once it's confirmed, it's locked.
- Not for strictly vanilla customers. Plenty of Shin-Okubo shops sell an ordinary course; this one is built around a specialty, and you'd be paying for a menu you don't want.
