Field Diary Kamata Delivery Health Ultra Selection

Ultra Selection, Kamata: The ¥18,000 Sixty Minutes That 29 of 31 Receipts Disagree With

A Kamata delivery health publishes its entire price sheet as a single JPEG, then publishes a second, different price sheet on its own website. Eighty-five customer receipts show a three-rung ladder above the sticker price, one reservation fee wearing four different names, and a free 75-minute course that comes with eight things you still pay for.

Ultra Selection, Kamata: The ¥18,000 Sixty Minutes That 29 of 31 Receipts Disagree With

First, the name

Before anything else, get the name straight, because the shop itself has not.

The listing I opened is ウルトラセレクション / Ultra Selection, a delivery health in Kamata. The Cityheaven URL for it ends in /ultra-celebrity/. Its official website is ultra-celeb.com. Its recruitment page lives at qzin.jp/ultracelebrity/. Its fuzoku.jp page is /ultraceleb/. Four addresses, all of them saying celebrity, for a shop called Selection.

Meanwhile, on Ultra Selection's own front page there is a list of eleven sibling shops in the Ultra Group, and the fourth one down reads:

蒲田 ウルトラセレブリティ ちょっと上の2回戦 — Kamata, Ultra Celebrity, a slightly better second round.

That is a different shop. Same group, same ward, its own website at ultracelebrity.net. So in Kamata there is a shop named Ultra Celebrity, and there is a shop named Ultra Selection which occupies every URL a person looking for Ultra Celebrity would type. I have no idea which one got there first and it doesn't matter. What matters is that if you search ウルトラセレブリティ 蒲田 and click the top result, you may well end up booking the other one.

That is the entire article in miniature, and I hadn't even reached the prices yet.

The catchcopy: ◆厳選された濃厚ヘルス◆【貴方の夢を叶えるワンランク上の女性が濃厚プレイ】carefully selected, intense health; a cut-above woman who makes your dream come true. The concept beneath it leans on the same two words over and over — 厳選 (rigorously selected) and 濃厚 (thick, rich, intense) — and promises what 『普通の素人店』 , an ordinary amateur shop, cannot give you.

Ninety-seven women, no closed days, twenty hours a day, five thousand two hundred and twenty-seven reviews. This is a serious operation with a serious book of business. Everything below should be read with that in front of it.

The price sheet is a JPEG

Cityheaven gives every shop a page at /system/ for its 料金システム. I opened Ultra Selection's. The heading rendered. Below it, nothing — no table, no list, no text at all.

The page isn't broken. The prices are there. They are just inside a single 760 × 4,504-pixel image file called shfee1210002225_pc.jpg, one long vertical poster in navy and gold, and there is not one line of selectable text on the whole page.

I want to be careful about what that does and doesn't mean. It is not concealment — the image is public, anyone can look at it, and as posters go it's rather handsome. But a JPEG can't be searched. It can't be copied into a comparison. It can't be read aloud by a screen reader. It can't be translated by the browser for the many people who use this district without reading Japanese. And it can't be diffed against the shop's other price sheet, which is the thing that turns out to matter most.

So I read the image. Here is what four and a half thousand pixels of navy and gold actually say.

Fixed fees

And directly underneath, in small type, the two lines that govern every number above them:

Hold onto that. Every figure in that table is tax-exclusive, which in Japan in 2026 means add 10%.

Two things to notice in that last table before we move on. First, the love hotels by Kamata station's east exit are genuinely free, which for a shop based in Kamata is the honest and correct answer. Second, the far zones aren't just more expensive, they're gated: you cannot call this shop to Shibuya on a 60-minute course at all, and you cannot call it to Shinjuku on anything under 120 minutes. Distance doesn't add a fee so much as set a floor on your bill.

The ¥300 minute

Run the PM band through a calculator and something falls out immediately.

Course PM price Per minute
60分 ¥18,000 ¥300.00
75分 ¥22,000 ¥293.33
90分 ¥28,000 ¥311.11
120分 ¥36,000 ¥300.00
150分 ¥45,000 ¥300.00
180分 ¥54,000 ¥300.00
240分 ¥72,000 ¥300.00

Five of the seven courses are priced at exactly ¥300 a minute. This is a flat rate wearing a menu. And there are precisely two exceptions: the 75-minute course, the only one below the line at ¥293.33, and the 90-minute course, the only one above it at ¥311.11.

Which means that at this shop, ninety minutes costs more per minute than four hours does. The longest course on the board and the shortest course on the board are priced identically per minute, and the one that gets singled out for a premium is the popular mid-length option that most people booking a normal evening would reach for by instinct.

Look at it as marginal cost — what each step up actually buys — and the 90-minute course gets worse:

Step (PM) Extra cost Extra minutes Marginal rate
60 → 75 +¥4,000 15 ¥266.67/min
75 → 90 +¥6,000 15 ¥400.00/min
90 → 120 +¥8,000 30 ¥266.67/min
120 → 150 +¥9,000 30 ¥300.00/min
150 → 180 +¥9,000 30 ¥300.00/min
180 → 240 +¥18,000 60 ¥300.00/min
延長30分 +¥10,000 30 ¥333.33/min

Minutes 76 through 90 are the most expensive minutes this shop sells — ¥400 each, dearer even than the extension, which is normally the priciest thing on any menu in this industry because it wrecks the driver's schedule. Here it isn't. Here the extension is a bargain compared to buying the 90.

Follow that through and you get a genuinely useful piece of arithmetic. Ninety minutes costs ¥28,000 (¥311.11/min). Seventy-five minutes plus one 30-minute extension costs ¥22,000 + ¥10,000 = ¥32,000 for 105 minutes — ¥304.76/min. Fifteen more minutes than the 90-course, at a lower rate per minute, for ¥4,000 more. And the flat 120 at ¥36,000 is ¥300.00/min, cheaper per minute than the 90 while giving you a third again as long.

The AM band, incidentally, is where the actual value lives. 60, 75 and 120 minutes all land on ¥266.67 a minute before 12:00, and the step from 90 to 120 in the morning is +¥6,000 for 30 minutes — ¥200.00 a minute, the cheapest thirty minutes anywhere on this price sheet.

Eighty-five receipts

Cityheaven's review form asks customers to write down their course and what they paid. I pulled every itemized money line from the first nine pages of this shop's reviews: 85 receipts, almost all from August 2026. Seventy-six of them carry the tag 室料別 — room not included. Three say 室料込み. Four were 自宅に呼んだ, called to the customer's home.

Start with the 60-minute course, which has the most data and the clearest sticker price. Cityheaven's poster says ¥18,000 in the afternoon and evening. Here is what thirty-one people actually reported paying:

Amount Count
¥18,000 2
¥18,100 1
¥20,000 6
¥22,000 16
¥23,000 3
¥24,500 1
¥25,300 1
¥28,000 1

Median: ¥22,000. Modal: ¥22,000. The advertised price of ¥18,000 appears twice in thirty-one receipts. Twenty-nine out of thirty-one people paid something else, and the single most common thing they paid was 22.2% above the number on the poster.

Now watch what happens when you look at the whole corpus at once, because the ¥22,000 is not random. Across every course length, the receipts stack onto exactly three rungs:

Course Sticker (PM) Rung 1: sticker Rung 2: +¥2,000 Rung 3: (+¥2,000) × 1.10
60分 ¥18,000 ¥18,000 ✓ ¥20,000 ✓ ¥22,000 ✓
75分 ¥22,000 ¥24,000 ✓ ¥26,400 ✓
90分 ¥28,000 ¥28,000 ✓ ¥30,000 ✓ ¥33,000 ✓
120分 ¥36,000 ¥38,000 ✓ ¥41,800 ✓
180分 ¥54,000 ¥56,000 ¥61,600 ✓

Every one of those is a real figure a real customer wrote down. ¥26,400 is exactly (22,000 + 2,000) × 1.1. ¥41,800 is exactly (36,000 + 2,000) × 1.1. ¥61,600 is exactly (54,000 + 2,000) × 1.1. Five course lengths, same two operations, to the yen, every time.

The ¥2,000 is the 予約金. The 10% is the consumption tax the poster mentions in a footnote and never applies. And rung three — the sticker plus the fee plus the tax — is the modal receipt at 60, 75 and 120 minutes. It isn't the worst case. It's the normal case. It's what this shop costs.

A couple of the odder receipts decompose just as cleanly, which is a decent check that the model isn't wishful thinking. A 90-minute call to a customer's home came to ¥36,300 — that's (28,000 + 2,000 reservation + 3,000 transport for the 90-minutes-or-longer zone) × 1.1, exact. A 120-minute booking at ¥44,000 is (36,000 + 4,000) × 1.1, exact, which is precisely a far-zone call to one of the ¥4,000 wards where 120 minutes is the minimum. The pricing is internally consistent and mechanically honest. It is simply not the number on the poster, and it is never going to be.

For completeness: the corpus also contains a 150-minute review reporting ¥539,000, which is somebody's finger slipping on a keypad, and I mention it only so nobody thinks I quietly dropped an inconvenient outlier. The other 150-minute receipt says ¥49,000.

The second price sheet

Here is where it stops being a rounding argument.

Ultra Selection's own website has a /system/ page — actual HTML text, no JPEG — and it does not match the Cityheaven poster. Not in the small print. In the structure.

Cityheaven poster (JPEG) ultra-celeb.com/system/
入会金 ¥3,000 ¥3,000
Reservation fee 予約金 ¥2,000 電話予約 ¥2,000
写真指名 (photo nomination) not listed at all ¥1,000
ホテル代 (hotel) not listed at all 別途¥2,000〜
Morning band 9:00–11:59 10:00–12:00
Courses offered 60 / 75 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 / 240 60 / 75 / 90 / 120 only
セレクションコース ¥5,000, 全コース対応 — all courses ¥5,000, 90分以上のコースでお遊びの際に — 90 min and up

Take these one at a time, because each is a different species of problem.

The nomination fee that only exists on one sheet. The official site lists 写真指名 ¥1,000 — the fee for picking a specific woman from her photo, which is what essentially every customer does. It is nowhere on the Cityheaven poster. A person who reads only the poster has budgeted ¥1,000 short of the floor.

The hotel. The official site says ホテル代 別途2,000円〜 and adds ※ホテルは2時間以上でお取り下さいplease book the room for two hours or more. So even on the 60-minute course you're paying for a two-hour room. The Cityheaven poster's transport table says the Kamata east-exit love hotels are 無料, which is true and which is about the driver's travel, not the room, and a fast reader will absolutely conflate the two. Seventy-six of eighty-five customers stamped their receipts 室料別 precisely because none of those numbers include it.

The morning that starts at a different hour. The poster sells a 9:00–11:59 discount band. The official site's identical table is headed 10:00〜12:00. The official front page says the shop trades 午前10時から翌朝5時まで — from 10am. Cityheaven's shop header says AM09:00. So if you ring at 9:30 for the cheap morning rate, one of this shop's own documents says you've caught the discount window, another says the shop isn't open yet. Both were published by the same business.

The three courses that vanish. The poster sells 150, 180 and 240-minute courses. The shop's own system page stops at 120. And the receipts prove the long courses are real and being sold — ¥61,600 for 180 minutes, ¥112,000 for 300, ¥125,000 for 360, none of which appear on either sheet in the 300/360 case. The shop is selling products its own website doesn't list.

The option that is and isn't restricted. The セレクションコース — a ¥5,000 bundle of four toys, marked down from ¥12,000 — is labelled 全コース対応 on the poster and 90分以上のコース on the official site. Those are not two readings of one sentence. They are two sentences that cannot both be true, about the shop's own flagship named add-on, on the shop's own two price sheets.

And a bonus, while we're here: the concept blurb boasts that Ultra Selection introduced ウルトラグループ初の『即尺コース』 — the group's first "immediate" course, presented as this shop's signature innovation. The official system page gives it a heading, three lines of prose, and no price. The Cityheaven poster prices 即尺 at ¥3,000 — as an option, in the options list, between 聖水 and 顔射. The flagship course is a line item.

One fee, four names

Assemble every document this shop publishes and count how many different words it uses for the same ¥2,000.

Document What it calls the ¥2,000
Cityheaven price poster 予約金 (reservation deposit)
ultra-celeb.com/system/ 電話予約 (phone reservation)
Cityheaven coupon table 指名料 (nomination fee)
Cityheaven event page 予約料 (reservation charge)

Four documents, four names. And the naming isn't cosmetic, because 指名料 and 予約金 are different products: one is what you pay to choose a particular woman, the other is what you pay to book at all. The official site prices 写真指名 at ¥1,000 and 電話予約 at ¥2,000 — two distinct fees at two distinct amounts. The Cityheaven coupon collapses them into a single ¥2,000 line labelled 指名料. A customer reading the coupon reasonably concludes they've been shown the nomination fee. They haven't. They've been shown the reservation fee wearing its name.

Then the event page introduces a fifth term — 特別指名料, "special nomination fee" — as something the customer is responsible for. It appears on no price sheet at all, at no amount.

I don't think anyone sat down to engineer this. It reads exactly like what it probably is: four documents written at four different times by people who never put them side by side. But the effect on you is the same as if it were deliberate, which is that there is no single document at this shop from which you can compute your bill.

The free course, and its eight asterisks

The best artifact I found is on the events page. It is a genuinely generous promotion and I want to give it full credit before I take it apart.

👑No.1キャスト ファン感謝キャンペーン👑 The woman who finishes first in each shop's monthly 本指名 ranking gets to invite one customer, with thanks. 75分コース料金 無 料 — 75-minute course: free. 9:00–12:00 use: ¥20,000分 ご優待. 12:00–翌5:00 use: ¥22,000分 ご優待. 最大22,000円分.

Real money. The ¥22,000 gift is exactly the PM 75-minute sticker, so the shop is comping the entire course, not a fraction of it. Good.

Now the next line:

◆ お客様ご負担分borne by the customer: 予約料 / ホテル料金 / 特別指名料 / 交通費 / 消費税 / 入会金 / 追加オプション代 / 延長代

Eight items you still pay for on a free course. Reservation charge, hotel, special nomination fee, transport, consumption tax, membership, options, extension.

That list is the most honest document this shop has published. It's the only place where every cost is named in one column, and it took a giveaway to produce it. Work the free 75-minute PM course for a first-time winner in central Kamata: ¥0 course + ¥2,000 reservation + ¥3,000 membership + ¥1,000 photo nomination + tax + a two-hour room from ¥2,000 — call it ¥8,600 or so to collect a prize. Which is still a very good deal on a ¥22,000 course. It is not, in any ordinary use of the word, free.

And note what that list quietly confirms: 消費税 is customer-borne, in the shop's own words, in a promotional context where you'd expect the fine print to be at its most flattering. The tax is real, it is extra, and the receipts have been telling us so for eighty-five entries.

The coupon that actually checks out

I audit a lot of these and I've become accustomed to finding a fictional "before" price propping up an inflated percentage. So let me report the opposite when it happens.

The shop's one Cityheaven coupon, 【ご新規様AM特別特典】, badges itself 14% OFF and publishes its own working:

通常 クーポン利用時
合計 60分 ¥21,000 60分 ¥18,000
入会金 ¥3,000 ¥0
指名料 ¥2,000 ¥2,000
60分コース ¥16,000 ¥16,000

The arithmetic is correct. ¥16,000 is the real AM course price from the real price table. ¥3,000 is the real membership fee. Waiving it saves ¥3,000 on ¥21,000, which is 14.29%, and the coupon says 14%. Nothing is inflated. Nothing is invented. The discount is exactly what it claims to be, and it is the single most transparent thing on the entire property.

Two caveats and then I'll leave it alone. First, the ¥2,000 line is labelled 指名料 and is almost certainly the 予約金 — see above; the actual photo-nomination fee is a separate ¥1,000 that appears in neither column. Second, the conditions read ※別途予約料、消費税 — reservation charge and consumption tax extra — on a table whose bottom line is presented as 合計, total. So the ¥18,000 "total" is followed by a note saying two more charges apply to it. Add the 10% and you're at ¥19,800 before the room.

The headline also promises 最大¥5,000割引, up to ¥5,000 off, while the worked example shows ¥3,000. The conditions explain it honestly: ¥3,000 for mentioning Cityheaven, さらにランキングの女の子なら最大5000円割引 — the extra ¥2,000 requires picking a woman from the ranking. Fine. Stated. Just know that the ¥5,000 in the headline is conditional on who you choose, and that this is a ご新規様限定 morning coupon, priced off the 9:00–11:59 band — the band the shop's own website says starts at 10:00.

Ninety-seven women, and a five-centimetre waist

The roster page says 97人中1-97人目を表示しています. I put 96 parseable profiles into a spreadsheet.

Ages: 18 to 31. Mean 22.9, median 23. The distribution is startlingly young and startlingly narrow: twenty women are 22, sixteen are 23, fourteen are 24, sixteen are 25. Seventy-five of ninety-six are between 20 and 25. Four are 18. Only seven are 26 or older, and exactly one is over 28.

Set that against the shop's own copy, which sells 品のある大人の女性 — poised adult women — and boasts of a roster full of former cabin crew, secretaries and estheticians, plus a 現役人妻AV女優, a working married-woman AV actress. Some of that may be perfectly true. But the median woman here is twenty-three, and "cut above" at this shop means younger and more uniform, not older and more seasoned. Read the ages, not the adjectives.

While we're comparing documents: the official site's own sales copy says 約40名の女性がお出迎え — about 40 women will greet you. Cityheaven lists 97. The shop is understating its own roster by more than half on its own website. That one, at least, is an error in the customer's favour.

Heights: 148 to 168 cm, mean 159.4 — a genuinely wide spread, and the most believable column on the page.

Then the three sizes:

Measurement Range Standard deviation
Bust 82–112 cm 4.35 cm
Waist 54–58 cm 0.77 cm
Hip 80–90 cm 1.76 cm

Ninety-six adult women, and the entire waist column spans five centimetres. Fifty-two of them — 54% of the roster — are listed at exactly 56 cm. Twenty-three are 55. Sixteen are 57. Four are 54. One is 58. A standard deviation of 0.77 cm across ninety-six human beings is not a measurement; it's a house style.

The bust column, by contrast, ranges from 82 to 112 cm and runs from B-cup to K, which tells you exactly where the marketing department believes variation is an asset. Waists are standardised. Busts are not. Nobody put a tape measure on anyone. Every shop in this genre does this and everybody knows, but it's worth stating once per article: the three-sizes column is the least reliable data on any Japanese adult-industry page. The prices are real. The hours are nearly real. The waist is a design element.

One more roster note. The shop badge says 5,227 reviews. Adding up the per-woman review counts across the 93 women who have one gives 1,954. The gap isn't dishonest — reviews of women who've since left stay on the shop's total — but it means the headline number describes the shop's history, while the roster describes tonight. The most-reviewed woman currently working, 鳳条ひの, has 393 reviews by herself, a fifth of the live total. The median woman on the roster has eleven.

What 85 people scored it

Averaging the category scores across all 85 itemized receipts:

Category Mean Receipts below 4.0
女の子 (the woman) 4.97 0
写真 (photo accuracy) 4.96 0
プレイ (service) 4.92 1
料金 (price) 4.68 6

Two honest observations. First, these are extremely high scores — 4.68 on price is not a complaint, it's a compliment with a slight hesitation in it. Whatever is going on with the paperwork, people are walking out happy, and the 4.97 on 女の子 with not a single sub-4 score in eighty-five entries is a real achievement for a 97-woman roster.

Second, the ranking is the same one I find nearly everywhere: the woman and the photo score perfect, and the money scores lowest. Every single receipt below 4.0 in the entire corpus is either a price score or the one play score. Nobody here is unhappy with what they got. A handful are mildly unhappy with what it cost, and given that the modal customer paid 22% over the advertised price, six mild complaints out of eighty-five is a remarkably forgiving crowd.

What I'd actually do

  • Budget rung three, not the poster. Whatever the sticker says, plan on (price + ¥2,000) × 1.1, plus ¥1,000 photo nomination, plus ¥3,000 membership on your first visit, plus a two-hour room from ¥2,000. For a first-timer's 60 minutes in the evening that's roughly ¥28,000 against an advertised ¥18,000. Sixteen of thirty-one receipts landing on ¥22,000 tell you the model is right.
  • Go in the morning if you possibly can. The AM band is ¥266.67 a minute against ¥300, and AM 120 minutes is the best rate on the entire board. Just ring first, because the shop's own documents disagree about whether the window opens at 9:00 or 10:00.
  • Don't buy the 90. It is the only course priced above ¥300 a minute, minutes 76–90 cost ¥400 each, and 75 minutes plus a 30-minute extension gives you 105 minutes at a lower per-minute rate. If you want more than 75, the flat 120 at ¥300/min is the better buy.
  • Take the new-customer coupon. ¥3,000 off, the maths is genuinely correct, and it's the only document here that adds up on the first reading.
  • Stay in Kamata. East-exit love hotels are free for transport. Anywhere past Ota-ku costs ¥1,000–4,000 and forces you onto a 90 or 120-minute minimum, which is where the real money is.
  • Ask for the itemised total on the phone, in yen, tax included, before you book — and if you're taking the "free" ranking prize, ask what the eight customer-borne items come to. They publish invoice-compliant receipts, so somebody in that office is entirely capable of quoting you a final number.
  • Check you're calling the right shop. Ultra Selection, at ultra-celeb.com. Ultra Celebrity is a different shop in the same ward at ultracelebrity.net.

None of this is a warning. Ninety-seven women, five thousand reviews, a 4.97 average on the thing people actually came for, no closed days, a flat and internally consistent ¥300-a-minute rate card, free transport in its home district, and a coupon that does exactly what it says. I'd go. I'd just go having done the multiplication myself, because this shop has published four price sheets and not one of them will do it for you.

Elon
ElonThe detail I keep coming back to is the giveaway. Everywhere else on this property the costs are scattered — the membership fee on a JPEG, the photo nomination on a different website, the hotel minimum in a footnote, the tax in a line of small print under a table it silently governs. Then the shop runs a promotion where the course is free, and suddenly it has to tell you what isn't, and out comes the only honest column in the building: 予約料/ホテル料金/特別指名料/交通費/消費税/入会金/追加オプション代/延長代. Eight items, one list, no ambiguity. They can do it. They did do it. They just did it on the one page where the number being disclosed was zero. And the maddening thing is that the underlying business is fine — better than fine. A flat ¥300 a minute from sixty minutes to four hours is a rational, defensible rate card. Free transport in your own district is generous. A 14% coupon that computes to 14.29% is a small miracle in this genre. A 4.97 average on 女の子 across eighty-five receipts with not one score below four is something most shops on this street will never manage. And then twenty-nine of thirty-one people who booked the ¥18,000 hour paid something else, and the modal figure was ¥22,000, and it will be ¥22,000 tomorrow too, because the ¥2,000 and the 10% are not surprises — they're structural. Put 60分 22,000円(税・予約金込/写真指名1,000円・室料2,000円〜別途) on the poster and the shop loses nothing except the people who were never going to spend ¥22,000, and it stops leaving the 料金 score — the only column with any threes in it — on the table. A shop whose entire pitch is 厳選, rigorous selection, ought to apply a little of it to its own paperwork. Four price sheets, four names for the same ¥2,000, and a flagship "course" that turns out to be a ¥3,000 option filed between 聖水 and 顔射. Pick one document and make it true.
