Okutetsu Tokyo (Gotanda) — The Station-Meetup Hitozuma Shop, the 70% Cast Share, and the ¥52,000 Overnight Loophole

Okutetsu Tokyo is a Gotanda-based hitozuma deriheru with 400+ wives on the books and one gimmick: you meet her at a train station and walk to the hotel together, like an affair. The official site prints how much of your money goes to her, the per-minute price climbs after 70 minutes, and a late-night five-hour course on Cityheaven costs ¥22,000 less than the daytime one. A Saturday booking plan with the math.

Okutetsu Tokyo (Gotanda) — The Station-Meetup Hitozuma Shop, the 70% Cast Share, and the ¥52,000 Overnight Loophole

Saturday, 9:05 a.m., Unblocking My Own Phone

The first thing this shop made me do wasn't pick a girl or a course. It was go into my phone settings and turn off the switch that silences unknown callers.

The shop is Okutetsu Tokyo (奥鉄オクテツ東京店), part of the Deri Heru Ichiba group, listed under Gotanda and staffed by hitozuma, married women. The name is a train joke, "oku" for wife, "tetsu" for railway, and the courses are named like express trains. The concept is in the guide on the official site: you don't wait in a hotel room. You meet her at a station, walk to a nearby hotel together, and at the end walk back to the station and say goodbye at the gates. The copy calls it the "affair feeling" (不倫感覚), and that's not subtle.

That's why the phone matters. Before the meetup, she calls you twice from a withheld number, once when she leaves and once when she arrives. If you've got iPhone's "Silence Unknown Callers" on, or your carrier blocks hidden numbers, she goes straight to voicemail while you stand at the gates looking like you got stood up. The official site even has a how-to: iPhone settings, Android settings, and the 1480 code for docomo and au. I fixed mine at 9:05, five minutes after the phones opened (reception is 9:00 a.m. to midnight).

Elon
ElonThe station meetup is the whole show here, so plan the walk. Pick a station where you already know a hotel a few minutes from the gates, because she walks there with you and the room is yours to pay. If you'd rather skip the street part, the shop's area page says the wives also go to homes, hotels and apartments for the same flat ¥2,000 transport fee. If you go to a hotel, give the hotel name and room number when you book.

The Board, With Nothing Hidden

The base board is short and it matches between Cityheaven and the official site (dh2020.jp), which carries a "price revision April 1, 2026" note:

  • 70 min ¥16,000 (熱愛急行, "Passion Express")
  • 100 min ¥24,000 (淫乱快速, "Rapid")
  • 130 min ¥31,000 (発情痴女超特, "Super Limited")
  • 180 min ¥46,000 / 240 min ¥60,000 / 300 min ¥74,000
  • 30-min extension ¥7,000
  • Transport ¥2,000 (flat, more for far areas), nomination ¥2,000 (optional)

The official price calculator keeps going past 300 minutes in 60-minute steps, all the way to 720 minutes for ¥172,000. I've never seen a menu that assumes you might want twelve hours, but there it is.

Cash or card, paid up front, and receipts are free. The site says they're issued under a corporate name that doesn't read as an adult shop, with a revenue stamp on anything over ¥50,000.

The Line Most Shops Never Print

Click "breakdown" (内訳) on the official board and a box shows the all-in total and, in a footnote, how much of it is her fee (女性キャストへの謝礼):

Course All-in (with nomination + transport) Her share Share of the total
70 min ¥20,000 ¥14,000 70%
100 min ¥28,000 ¥18,000 64%
130 min ¥35,000 ¥22,000 63%

I can't remember another Tokyo shop putting that number on its public price page. Two things jump out. First, the short course is the one where the biggest share goes to the woman. Second, the share drops as the course gets longer: going from 70 to 130 minutes adds ¥15,000 to your bill and ¥8,000 to hers. That doesn't tell you who's better company. It does tell you the 70-minute course isn't the shop's money-maker.

The Per-Minute Ladder Climbs, Then Falls Off a Cliff

Here's the base course price divided by minutes:

Course Price Per minute
70 min ¥16,000 ¥229
30-min extension ¥7,000 ¥233
130 min ¥31,000 ¥238
100 min ¥24,000 ¥240
300 min ¥74,000 ¥247
240 min ¥60,000 ¥250
180 min ¥46,000 ¥256
300 min overnight (starts 10 p.m. or later) ¥52,000 ¥173

For most shops, buying more time gets you a cheaper minute. Here it's the other way around. The 70-minute course is the cheapest minute on the regular board, and 180 minutes is the most expensive. If 70 isn't enough, adding a 30-minute extension (100 minutes for ¥23,000) is ¥1,000 cheaper than booking the 100-minute course outright, if the shop lets you extend on the spot. Ask on the call.

The outlier is the bottom row. Cityheaven's system page lists a 300-minute overnight course from 10 p.m. for ¥52,000, ¥22,000 less than the same five hours by day. The official board doesn't show it as a line item. It just says overnight courses exist and to call, and its search lets you filter for wives marked "overnight OK" (お泊りOK). So the ¥52,000 is a Cityheaven quote you confirm by phone. If it holds, it's the best deal at this shop by a mile, though only if you actually want five hours with one person.

Discounts: Who Gets What

The Cityheaven event page lists three, plus coupons:

  • First visit: ¥2,000 off any of the three main courses (70 / 100 / 130 = ¥14,000 / ¥22,000 / ¥29,000), plus ¥3,000 in points for next time. That's the "¥5,000 total" in the headline: two now, three later. Say "ヘブン見た" ("I saw it on Heaven") on the phone.
  • Welcome back (no visit in a year or more): ¥3,000 off 70–130 minutes, ¥5,000 off 180+, and another ¥2,000 if you pick a newcomer. The copy is weirdly honest: it lists "the woman wasn't a match" and "the staff were rude" as reasons you might have stayed away, and asks for a second chance.
  • Newcomers (within three months of joining): ¥2,000 off.

The coupon tables don't add up the same way. The 70-minute first-timer coupon shows "regular ¥20,000 → ¥18,000," which is the course plus both fees. The 130-minute one shows "regular ¥33,000," which counts only one fee. The real all-in for a first-timer with nomination is course minus ¥2,000, plus ¥4,000: ¥18,000 for 70 minutes, ¥26,000 for 100, ¥33,000 for 130. Without nomination, take off another ¥2,000.

Points: you earn them on each visit, they're usable from 3,000, and a written review on Cityheaven gets you 500. Give the name you posted under when you call.

The Free Options, and the "Request" Buttons

There are thirteen numbered options. You order by number. The free ones depend on the course: 70 minutes gets one of No.1–5 free, 100+ minutes gets two of No.1–6. The first five include a rotor, a vibrator and No.3, "no panties, no bra meetup," which is the option the guide pushes for the walk from the station to the hotel. No.6 (immediate oral) only comes with 100+ minutes, and the shop says it's only for guests who've showered or kept basic hygiene. Paid options run ¥1,000–¥5,000.

The quieter feature is the "request" (要望) tags, available only through online booking on the official site: more kissing, more hugs, flirty, slow and relaxing, get straight to it, be teased, even dinner or a date. The shop says plainly they're wishes, not guarantees, but it's a clean way to set the mood without an awkward phone call. You can tick several, on top of the regular options.

Standard play per the official guide: all nude, deep kissing, full-body licking, 69, oral, and sumata (intercourse-style friction without penetration). The finish is oral or by hand. The site's age gate states that intercourse is prohibited, and the house rules list asking for it as grounds for refusal.

House Rules Worth Knowing

The notice page refuses service to anyone who:

  • has tattoos (listed alongside "organized crime and associates")
  • is drunk or on drugs
  • won't pay up front
  • asks for intercourse, pushes services that aren't on the menu, or tries to date or recruit the women
  • keeps her after time or repeatedly cancels

The tattoo line is the one that catches visitors. Here it's a flat rule, not a "please cover up."

How I'd Book It

  1. Unblock withheld calls first. No phone, no meetup.
  2. Pick by the roster, not the banner. There are 466 women on the books and 123 working today, so use the official site's search (age band, height, "no smoking," "home visits OK," "overnight OK") instead of scrolling.
  3. First time, daytime: the 70-minute course. Say "ヘブン見た," take the ¥2,000 off, pick one free option, and it's ¥16,000 all-in without nomination, plus the hotel room. Bank the ¥3,000 in points.
  4. If you want longer: extend by 30 rather than booking 100 outright, if they allow it.
  5. If you're staying the night anyway: call before 10 p.m. and ask whether the ¥52,000 five-hour overnight is available with the wife you want. Ask whether the first-timer discount stacks with it. The page doesn't say.
  6. Book online if you want the request tags. The phone line can't add them.
