A soapland is a licensed format with a private bath-equipped room. It is the format where full service is available, generally ¥25,000–80,000 for 60 minutes nationwide.
Yoshiwara (Tokyo) is the top tier at ¥30,000–80,000; Kawasaki and Yokohama ¥25,000–55,000; regional cities (Sapporo, Sendai, Fukuoka) ¥20,000–40,000.
