Field Diary Gotanda Delivery Health Tokyo Hitozuma Celebrity

Tokyo Hitozuma Celebrity, Gotanda: The ¥23,000 Sticker, Eleven Different Receipts, and the Sentence That Takes ¥5,000 Off

A Shinagawa-filed delivery health that actually meets you in Gotanda, publishes one price for ninety minutes, and collects eleven different amounts for it. Thirty-four itemized receipts show the regulars paying a median ¥25,000 while the shop advertises ¥18,000 to anyone who has never been — and the two documented first-timers in the corpus paid full freight because nobody said the sentence.

Tokyo Hitozuma Celebrity, Gotanda: The ¥23,000 Sticker, Eleven Different Receipts, and the Sentence That Takes ¥5,000 Off

Start with the station, because you will get this wrong

The listing is filed under 品川・田町・浜松町 — Shinagawa, Tamachi, Hamamatsucho. The address field says The shop's official name is The genre tag reads

Four separate places on two websites tell you Shinagawa.

Then you open the meeting-point page, because this is a 待ち合わせ型 shop — a street-rendezvous delivery health, where you don't get an address, you get a landmark, and you stand at it. Twelve meeting points are published with walking directions:

Gotanda, Meguro, Ebisu, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Shin-Okubo, Takadanobaba, Ikebukuro, Otsuka. Not one of them is at Shinagawa Station. The dispatch line on the listing says it plainly if you scroll far enough — 「五反田発 都区内全域」, departs from Gotanda, serves the whole 23 wards.

There is no contradiction in the legal sense. Gotanda is in Shinagawa Ward. But Shinagawa Station is not in Shinagawa Ward — it's in Minato — and it is two stops up the Yamanote from where this shop actually operates. If you're reading this in English, off a listing that says Shinagawa four times, and you plant yourself outside the Konan exit at Shinagawa with your phone out, you are going to have a bad twenty minutes.

Gotanda. East exit. The Big Echo sign. Start there.

Roster 233 women on the shop's own list
Reviews 1,013

Twenty hours a day, every day of the year, is a genuinely long shift for a Tokyo delivery health, and the 8:00 opening is unusual enough to be worth planning around — this is one of the few shops in the area you can book before most of Gotanda has finished its first coffee.

The concept copy is standard-issue and I'll quote it once so you know what they think they're selling:

東京 熟女、待ち合わせ型高級熟女デリバリーヘルス「東京人妻セレブリティ品川店」は、厳選した大人の女性との魅惑的で濃厚な時の流れを演出いたします。

Thoroughly selected adult women. Hold that thought until the roster section.

The price ladder is short, honest, and has exactly one kink

Here is the whole rate card. It is published in one table, on one page, in one place, which after a year of reading these things I want to acknowledge before I start taking it apart:

Course Price Per minute Cost of the previous 30 min
90 min ¥23,000 ¥255.6
120 min ¥31,000 ¥258.3 ¥8,000
150 min ¥41,000 ¥273.3 ¥10,000
180 min ¥49,000 ¥272.2 ¥8,000
every 30 min after 180 ¥8,000 ¥266.7 ¥8,000
in-room extension, 30 min ¥10,000 ¥333.3

Two things fall out of that fourth column.

First: there is no sixty-minute course. None. The entry point to this shop is ninety minutes at ¥23,000, and that is a real structural decision, not an oversight — the shop's own blurb says 「料金は90分23,000円から」. Most Gotanda delivery health shops sell you a 60 and hope you extend. This one won't take your money for an hour. If you were budgeting a Tokyo evening around the ¥12,000–15,000 sixty-minute bracket that dominates this street, this shop is not in that bracket and never claimed to be.

Second: the 150-minute course is the one rung that isn't part of the ladder. Every other 30-minute block on the board costs ¥8,000 — 90→120, 150→180, and everything past 180. The step from 120 to 150 costs ¥10,000, which is not the ladder rate, it's the in-room extension rate. Do the arithmetic and it's exact:

  • 120 min (¥31,000) + one extension (¥10,000) = ¥41,000 = the 150-minute course, to the yen.
  • 150 min (¥41,000) + one extension (¥10,000) = ¥51,000, but 180 booked up front is ¥49,000.
  • 120 min + two extensions = ¥51,000, and again, 180 up front is ¥49,000.

So: the 150 is priced as a 120 with an extension bolted on, and it is the only course on the board where the marginal minutes cost more than the shop's own long-course rate. If you're thinking about two and a half hours, book the three. It costs ¥8,000 more than the 150 for 30 more minutes at the standard rate, and it is ¥2,000 cheaper than any route to 180 that goes through an extension. The shop's FAQ is candid about this in its own words — 「サービスが始まってからの時間変更は延長扱いになりますので、料金が割り増しになります」, once service starts, changing the time is an extension, so it costs more. True, plainly stated, and worth ¥2,000 to read in advance.

What the ¥23,000 does not include

The price page opens with the formula, which I appreciate:

ご利用料金は、コース料金+指名料+交通費となっております。

Nomination and transport:

Item Cost
入会金 (membership) free
フリー (no nomination) ¥0
ネット指名 (booked online by name) ¥1,000
Transport — anywhere else ¥2,000〜

Free membership deserves a nod: plenty of shops in this genre open with a ¥2,000–3,000 入会金 on visit one and this one doesn't. Transport is never zero, though. Even in its home zone it's ¥1,000, and there is a footnote you should not skip: 「23時以降の派遣交通費に関しましては一部上記表示金額と異なる場合がございます」 — after 23:00, transport may differ from the table above. Differ how, and by how much, is a phone call. On a shop that runs until 4 a.m., that footnote covers five of its twenty operating hours.

And then the thing that isn't on any table at all: the room. This is a rendezvous shop. You meet her on the street, you walk to a love hotel together, and you pay for that room. The FAQ says it in one line — 「掲載料金以外になにかかかるのでしょうか? → ご利用場所がホテルの場合のみ、ホテル代金が別途必要になります」 — and the customer receipts say it twenty-eight more times, because Cityheaven's price field on this shop is almost always tagged (室料別), room not included. The shop publishes no room figure and I won't invent one; Gotanda rates vary by hour and day and you'll see them on the panel at the door.

So the honest floor for the shortest course, on a weekday, in the shop's own district:

¥23,000 + ¥1,000 (net nomination) + ¥1,000 (transport) = ¥25,000, plus a room.

Hold that number. It's about to show up on its own.

Thirty-four receipts, and eleven different prices for the same ninety minutes

Cityheaven added an itemized 料金の総額 field to its review form recently enough that I can date it: across the last 120 reviews on this shop, going back to 31 March 2026, the field appears only on visits from 8 July onward. Everything older is prose. That gives me 34 receipts with a number attached — a small corpus, but a completely honest one. These are customers reporting what they handed over, not the shop reporting what it charges.

Twenty-nine of the 34 bought the ninety. Here is every amount:

Total paid, 90 min Receipts
¥19,852 1
¥20,000 2
¥20,024 1
¥20,934 1
¥21,000 1
¥22,000 2
¥23,000 (the sticker) 4
¥24,489 1
¥25,000 6
¥26,000 6
¥27,000 4

Eleven distinct totals for one course. Median ¥25,000 — the exact floor I calculated above. Mean ¥24,010. Seventeen of twenty-nine paid more than the sticker price, four paid it exactly, and eight paid less.

The 120-minute course, five receipts, sticker ¥31,000: ¥28,000 / ¥30,000 / ¥30,000 / ¥32,000 / ¥34,000. Same pattern, same spread, no two agreements in a row.

Now put the median next to the rate card. ¥25,000 for ninety minutes is ¥277.8 a minute — a worse per-minute rate than the shop's own three-hour course (¥272.2). The typical customer here is paying above the long-course rate for the shortest booking on the board. That is not a scandal; it is what nomination and transport do to a short course. But it's the number to hold in your head, and it is ¥2,000 above the poster.

The sentence that costs ¥5,000

The shop runs a first-timer discount. It is on the coupon page, it is on the event page, it is dated 2026/8/31〜無期限, and it is not small:

Course Normal First-timer
90 min ¥23,000 ¥18,000
120 min ¥31,000 ¥26,000
150 min ¥41,000 ¥36,000
180 and up 以降5,000円割引き (¥5,000 off)

It's a flat ¥5,000 dressed as a percentage. The coupon shouts 22% OFF!! because 5,000 against 23,000 is 21.7%; on the 120 it's 16%, on the 150 it's 12.2%, and on the 180 it's 10.2%. The discount doesn't grow, the denominator does. Fine — flat ¥5,000 is still the best money on this property, and here's why: nothing on the rate card is cheaper than ¥255.6 a minute. With the coupon, ninety minutes plus a free-choice booking plus home-zone transport is ¥19,000 — ¥211 a minute, the only sub-¥255 door in the entire building.

To open that door you have to say a specific thing out loud. The coupon:

The event page, same discount, different words:

ご予約時に「ヘブンネットで新規割を見た」とお伝え下さい。

Two phrasings for one discount, and neither is optional. Which brings me to the two most instructive receipts in the corpus.

Of the 34 itemized receipts, thirty come from customers who ticked 3回以上 — three or more visits. Two are second-timers. And exactly two say はじめて — first time.

Those two first-timers paid:

  • ¥25,000 for 90 minutes. That's 23,000 + 1,000 + 1,000. No discount.
  • ¥34,000 for 120 minutes. That's 31,000 + 2,000 本指名 + 1,000. No discount.

Both were eligible. Both were, on the day they booked, exactly the customer the coupon was written for. The coupon would have made those visits ¥20,000 and ¥29,000. Between them they left ¥10,000 on the desk, and the discount was sitting three tabs away on the same website they used to find the shop.

I want to be careful about what that does and doesn't prove. Two receipts is two receipts. But it is the entire documented first-timer population of this corpus — 100% of it — and the failure mode is not exotic. You have to volunteer a sentence in Japanese during a phone call, at a shop that takes same-day bookings by phone only (「※当日はお電話のみとさせていただきます」). Nobody at the desk is obliged to remind you.

Say the sentence. Or type it — the online booking form takes it too.

The other currency: points nobody outside the app can see

Now look at the itemized receipts — the ones where the customer typed the full breakdown into the review box. These are the most valuable documents on this shop and they're written by strangers, for free:

Every one of those adds up. I checked all of them; the arithmetic is clean. And every one lands on a different number, because two of the five lines are personal.

Yumeoto is a members-only reservation platform the shop's group launched — the listing calls it 「創業1999年のユメオトグループが創業以来はじめてとなるポイントシステム」, the group's first-ever points system, jointly built by three large operators (「夢見る乙女グループ」「グレイスグループ」「ハニーグループ」). The published mechanics:

  • 5,000 points just for registering — 「1ポイント1円として登録後すぐにご利用いただけます」, one point = one yen, usable immediately.
  • 5,000 more points for your first visit to this specific shop.
  • 1% of everything you spend, back as points.
  • Points expire after one year.
  • Plus ゲストグレード制度 (a grade by spend and frequency) and スター制度 (a grade by your manners).

That's where ‑1,148 and ‑511 and ‑2,066 come from: those are balances, not discounts. They're the reason no two receipts match. The customer standing at the Big Echo sign before you is running a different points balance, and the shop is charging you both the same price minus a different number.

Look at what the shop's own customer support writes in public, under nearly every review, signed 「ユメオトグループ カスタマーサポートセンター 担当:渋川」:

そこで、○○様には口コミをいただきましたお礼として…次回ご利用時にご使用いただける「割引コード」をお伝えさせていただきます。次回ご利用の際に6桁の「割引コード」をお伝えいただきましたら、ユメオト会員様はポイント付与、会員でない方は割引価格にてご対応させて頂きます。

Write a review, get a six-digit code. The code's value is never printed. In the receipts I can see it applied at ‑¥2,000 and at ‑¥4,000, and one customer logged 「口コミ割引+ポイント:-5,000円」 as a lump. The public coupon for the same campaign says ¥2,000. Somebody is getting four.

And note the sting in the tail of that sentence: members get points, non-members get money off. The same review earns a different reward depending on whether you joined the app.

Stack it all up and the entry economics invert completely:

Who you are Ninety minutes, home zone, plus room
A stranger who says the sentence ¥19,000–20,000
A stranger who registers with Yumeoto first the same, with ¥5,000–10,000 in points banked
A stranger who says nothing ¥25,000 (documented, twice)
The median regular in this corpus ¥25,000
The top of the observed range ¥27,000

The cheapest customer in this building is the one who has never walked into it. The most expensive is the loyal one who forgot to open the app.

One caution before you plan around stacking: the coupon says 「その他の割引やイベントとの併用はできません」, not combinable with other discounts or events, while the event page presents the Yumeoto point bonus directly underneath the ¥5,000 cash discount as 「更にお得な特典」, an even better perk on top. Those two statements are not obviously compatible. Ask on the phone which one you're getting. It's a ¥5,000 question and they will answer it.

The 15% that three credit-card receipts say isn't there

This one earns its own section, because if it were true it would be the largest single fee on the property.

The shop's FAQ, on credit cards:

優良加盟店ですので安心してお気軽にご利用ください。トラブルは一切ございません。総額の15%のみ手数料としていただいております。

Fifteen percent of the total, as a card-processing fee. On a ¥25,000 booking that's ¥3,750 — more than the transport, the nomination and the entire new-customer discount put together.

The Yumeoto feature list, on the same shop's own listing page, a few screens above:

クレジットカード手数料無料

Credit card fees: none.

The receipts break the tie. Three of the itemized breakdowns above end with the customer's own note ★今回はクレジット決済paid by card this time — and their totals are ¥19,852, ¥23,000 and ¥20,934, each of which is exactly course + nomination + transport − discounts, with no surcharge line and no 15% anywhere. The arithmetic closes without it.

So the FAQ is stale, almost certainly a survivor from before the group platform took over card processing. It is still published, still unqualified, and still the first thing an English reader will translate if they search this site for the word "card." Ask. And note the timing while you're at it: 「一時間前のご予約確認のお電話の際に、ご請求金額の決済を行なわさせていただきます」 — the card is charged during a confirmation call an hour before you meet anyone. Statements don't carry the shop's name (「当店の名称で請求はされません」), the ceiling is ¥300,000, and it's single payment only.

Three answers to one question

While I was in the FAQ, I asked the simplest question a traveller asks: how far ahead can I book?

  • The guide page: 「WEB
  • The FAQ, same site: 「WEB
  • The site footer: 「

Web booking opens six days out at 9:00, or six days out at midnight, or two days out at midnight. Phone booking opens two days out, or six days out. Three pages, one company, one question, no agreement.

The practical read: six days is the outer bound anyone claims, and the booking form — the only one of these documents that has to actually function — was offering me 1–6 September when I looked on 31 August. Six days. Trust the form.

The shop is grading you back

Every review on Cityheaven scores the woman out of five on four axes. What's unusual about this operation is how openly it runs the same exercise in the other direction.

From the reservation page, on what happens when a slot is oversubscribed — and I have never seen this printed so bluntly:

なお、予約が殺到した場合には、下記を理由に選考させていただきますのでご了承ください。 ①女性からの苦情の有無(本番強要・店外デートなどの勧誘。部屋が汚いなど) ②メルマガ会員当店の利用頻度 ④地域的な問題

When reservations flood in, we will select among you on these grounds: complaints from the women; whether you're on the mailing list; how often you use us; and geography.

Add the app's スター制度 (「ご利用時のマナーに応じた優遇」 — preferential treatment according to your manners) and ゲストグレード制度 (by spend and frequency). Add the FAQ's warnings that frequent cancellers and frequent changers 「以後のご予約が難しくなることもあります」. Add the house rules, which close with 「その他、当店スタッフが『相応しくない』と判断させていただいた方の利用」 — anyone staff deem unsuitable — and then: service stopped on the spot, no refund, membership deleted, and if the shop judges it necessary, an escort to the local police station with your ID.

I don't read that as menacing, and the specifics are defensible — the first criterion on the triage list is complaints from the women, which is exactly the right thing to have at the top. But understand the deal you're entering: this is a scored relationship in both directions, and being clean, punctual, on the mailing list and not a canceller is worth something real when the calendar is full. Item ② in particular means a free email signup literally moves you up the queue.

Two more house rules with money attached, since both are easy to trip over as a visitor: at a city or business hotel you must bring two towels (「シティホテル、ビジネスホテルへお伺いの際は、お客様側で2名分のタオルを」), and anywhere without a working bath or shower, they will not come at all (「お風呂、シャワーのない場所にはご案内できません」). Also: they call you from a withheld number when she arrives, so anonymous-call rejection has to be switched off — and your mobile number is your membership number.

233 women, and the arithmetic of the word 熟女

The header of the listing pairs the shop's name with two numbers in a box: 32店舗 / 2,375人. Thirty-two shops, 2,375 women.

Nine screens down, the Yumeoto explainer on the very same page says:

40店舗以上の約1,500人のキャストが登録しています。

Forty-plus shops, about 1,500 casts. So the page tells you the group is 32 shops of 2,375 women and also 40+ shops of 1,500 women, which cannot both be true and which nobody has reconciled in however long both blocks have been sitting there.

The number that matters is neither. The shop's own roster page says 233人, and I counted all 233 across its three pages. That's the pool you're actually choosing from, and it's a big, healthy one — 233 women in a single Gotanda shop is a serious operation.

Here's what's in it:

Ages 24 to 40
Median age 31
Under 30 90 women (39%)
40 or over 2 women (0.9%)
Height 148–177 cm (mean 160.7)
Cups C 83 · D 65 · E 43 · F 24 · B 10 · G 5 · H 3
Waist 55–61 cm — and 171 of 233 are 57 or 58

The shop sells itself as 人妻・熟女・若妻 — married women, mature women, young wives — and the official site's page title leads with 熟女. In Japanese adult-industry usage 熟女 means forties and up; it is the entire reason a 熟女 shop exists as a separate category from everything else on the street.

This roster has two women aged 40, and nobody older. Zero point nine percent. Meanwhile 90 of them are in their twenties and seven are 24 or 25. The concept copy promising 「若い女性にはない淫らな欲望を秘めた大人の美女のみを徹底的に厳選しました」 — only adult beauties with a lust young women don't have, exhaustively selected — is describing a roster whose median member is 31 and whose 25-to-29 bracket runs 83 women deep.

If you want a woman in her forties, this is not the shop, whatever the page title says. If you want 人妻 in the loose Tokyo sense — women in their late twenties and thirties, presented as married, marketed on poise rather than novelty — this is exactly the shop, and it has 233 of them.

Two more roster facts worth knowing before you pick.

Nobody's face is visible. The FAQ: 「当店は女性のプライバシーを守るため、原則として顔出しをしておりません」. Every profile photo has the eyes covered. That's a real constraint on choosing, and the shop's answer is to tell you to describe your type on the phone and let the desk match you. Which makes it genuinely funny that the 写真 axis — photo accuracy — scores 4.38 out of 5 across 120 reviews. A hundred and twenty men rated the fidelity of a photograph with the eyes blacked out, and gave it a 4.38.

Most of the roster has never been reviewed. The 233 profiles carry 509 reviews between them; ninety-five women (41%) have zero, and the median woman has exactly one. The most-reviewed is れいな, 29, who at 177 cm is also the tallest woman on the list — she has 24 reviews by herself, about 5% of the per-woman total. Meanwhile the shop badge advertises 1,013 reviews. Both numbers are honest: the shop total includes women who have since left, while the per-woman totals describe who's here tonight. Just don't mistake the big number for depth of evidence on any individual.

And the churn is quick. The new-arrivals panel lists ten women who joined between 15 August and 1 September — くらら, すずか, こと, ゆうき, はつはな, たお, ゆの, ここ, ことは, ゆうの. Ten in eighteen days, on a 233-woman roster. Two of them (たお, in on the 23rd; はつはな, in on the 25th) already appear in the August receipts above, reviewed within days of starting, both found by the same regular who wrote 「新人さん案内がLINEで届き」 — the new-arrival notice came by LINE. The mailing list isn't just queue priority. It's how the people who know this shop see the roster before you do.

What 120 reviews actually say

Scores across the last 120 reviews, twelve pages deep, back to March:

Axis Mean Scored below 4.0
女の子 (the woman) 4.43 19
プレイ (service) 4.42 22
写真 (photo accuracy) 4.38 25
料金 (price) 4.14 36

Same shape I find nearly everywhere — the woman scores highest, the money scores lowest — but the spread here is wider than usual and the price column is doing something specific. Thirty-six of 120 customers, 30% of the sample, put price below a 4. On the shops I've audited in this genre that number is usually single digits. And these are overwhelmingly repeat customers: thirty of the thirty-four itemized receipts came from people on their third-or-later visit.

That's the honest summary of this business. People who keep coming back keep saying the woman was worth it and the bill was high. With a ¥23,000 entry ticket, no sixty-minute option, ¥2,000 of unavoidable extras and a hotel room on top, they're right about the bill. The 4.43 says they're right about the rest, too.

What I'd actually do

  • Go to Gotanda, not Shinagawa. East exit, in front of the Big Echo sign, or west exit at the FamilyMart. Twelve meeting points are published and none of them is at Shinagawa Station.
  • If you have never used this shop, say the sentence. It is ¥5,000 off, published with no expiry date, and the only two documented first-timers in the receipt corpus both failed to claim it and paid ¥25,000 and ¥34,000 instead.
  • Register with Yumeoto before you call, not after. 5,000 points on signup at one point per yen, another 5,000 for your first visit here, 1% back forever, one-year expiry — and ask whether points stack with the new-customer discount, because the coupon says no combining and the event page implies otherwise.
  • Budget ¥25,000 plus a room for ninety minutes if you're a regular with no points banked. That's the median of 29 receipts and the exact sum of course + net nomination + home-zone transport. Budget ¥19,000–20,000 plus a room if the coupon applies to you.
  • Never buy the 150. It's the only rung priced at the extension rate: 120 plus one extension is the same ¥41,000, and 180 booked up front is ¥49,000 — ¥2,000 cheaper than any extension route to the same three hours.
  • Ask about the card fee before you hand over a card. The FAQ says 15% of the total, the group platform advertises zero, and three card receipts show zero. It's a ¥3,750 discrepancy on a ¥25,000 booking and the answer takes ten seconds.
  • Ask about transport if you're booking after 23:00 — the shop's own footnote says the published zones may not apply, and doesn't say by how much.
  • Join the mailing list. Not for the coupons: it is literally item ② on the shop's published tiebreaker for oversubscribed slots, and it's how the regulars see new arrivals first.
  • Bring two towels for a city or business hotel, and don't book anywhere without a working shower — they will turn around at the door.
  • Don't expect 熟女. Two women out of 233 are 40 or over. The median is 31.

None of this is a warning off. Twenty hours a day, 365 days a year, 233 women, a licence number printed on every page, permanently free membership, regular STI testing, a flat published ladder with exactly one kink in it, a driver who leaves the street and waits five minutes away, and a 4.43 on the only axis that really decides whether an evening worked. I'd go. I'd just go having registered, having said the sentence, and having a room in mind before I got off the train — at Gotanda.

ElonWhat sticks with me here isn't a hidden fee — for once there basically isn't one. Course plus nomination plus transport, printed in that order, on one page, in a single table with no asterisk farm underneath. By the standards of this street that's practically a public service. What sticks with me is that the shop built a beautiful, legible price and then filled the room with private currencies. Points you can only see inside an app. A six-digit review code whose value is never printed, applied at ‑¥2,000 to one customer and ‑¥4,000 to another. A grade for how much you spend, a second grade for how you behave, and a published tiebreaker in which being on the mailing list beats being a stranger. So twenty-nine people bought the same ninety minutes and handed over eleven different amounts, and the median of those — ¥25,000 — is a worse rate per minute than this shop's own three-hour course. And then the two documented first-timers, the exact people the ¥5,000 coupon was written for, the ones with no points and no code and no grade, paid the most of anyone, because the discount is only real if you say a particular sentence out loud into a telephone. That's the whole thing in one image: the cheapest ticket in the building is taped to the front door, and the only customers who can't see it are the ones standing outside. Fix it by reading the sentence back to them — ご新規のお客様ですね、90分18,000円でご案内できます — one line at the desk, costing the shop nothing it wasn't already advertising, and it turns the lowest column on the scoreboard into the highest. A shop confident enough to refuse to sell you sixty minutes should be confident enough to tell a stranger what he's entitled to.
